Rooms could have been larger, but not something to bother anyways.

The hotel has a great location in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance from the metro and bus stops. Nearby, it has access to a supermarket, coffee shops, fast food restaurants, and a self service laundry just few steps away. The staff at the reception were very professional and accommodated us promptly as we arrived. The pool on the top...we did not get the chance to see it as Barcelona can keep you busy and out of the hotel most of the time, but I guess is a bonus. Very good value for money!

Clean room, albeit not very big, the only drawback is the sliding bathroom door, which does not isolate completely the bathroom. Everybody from the reception staff was polite and all our requests and issues were promptly addressed. Special thanks to the team at the bar.

Brand new hotel, very clean and modern. We stayed in a junior suite - it was very spacious. The little welcome bags were a nice touch. Breakfast was good. Really loved our stay at this lovely hotel.

Did not like the glass door to bathroom which did not give enough privacy. Should be a wooden one which closes completely.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. We had arrived early and they were willing to secure our luggage at no charge while we explored the city. Food and wait staff were both excellent. Would stay here again if in Barcelona

We booked the junior suite and Deluxe room . The suite could have been better designed as there was one main shower and one toilet however no bath. For a suite it seemed strange design. The bathroom could’ve had a shower and the main bathroom to include a bath tub. The doors were not stable.

Great service from the team. They were accommodating. The night security guard was awful telling us as a group to remove from the main lounge area despite not making noise. Seemed racially provoked and not good enough. The rest of the staff were fantastic

From the welcoming till our check out, our experience in the hotel was excellent. Staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was very varied and the sky pool was the cherry on top of the cake.. our son was delighted with it... Many thanks to the Leonardo royal staff...

There is a debit reservation for the full amount of money (minus city tax) on my card, but on the reception i was asked to pay one more time the full amount of the room, plus city tax. I payed in cash and now I hope the debit on my card will be cancelled and the money returned in the account, so the payment won't be doubled. Thank you!

Bedroom had two single beds rather than a double, but top be fair I did book at short notice and the hotel was very busy with other conference guests. No big deal really.

Stayed here because I was attending a conference in the Fira de Barcelona centre (Gran Via side). It was literally a five-minute walk to the entrance of the hall where the conference was, which was fantastic. Breakfast was good, plenty of places to sit down even though the hotel was quite busy. Staff were very friendly and the bar service (ate dinner there a couple of times) was quick and also very friendly. The staff tolerated my attempts at Spanish with a warm smile.

Dear friends, We all enjoyed our group of 14 women. I really have no objection to the service and accommodation. We will certainly choose your hotels again for some of our future destinations.Very clean, breakfast for everyone's taste, quiet, comfortable beds. Maybe just the smoking area that was in the group, outside but protected from the rain...Good connection to the city centre.Thank you for everything, everything is really great...

Parking was expensive but secure. The breakfast was plentiful but there were issues with the coffee.

The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They helped with transportation, directions, translating, and we had great conversation with different team members. The room was more spacious than we expected. The room was spotless and had extras to make it even more comfortable. Best hotel shower ever! We had a few hours still after checkout and enjoyed watching a tennis match and drinks and a sandwich in the bar.

Location to town is fine for a short Uber driver but do note it’s far enough out that it’s about an hour by public transport or 20 minutes by car - depending on how often you plan to pop into Barcelona central itself

Hotel was lovely and comfortable. Bed is really nice. Can see some of the cheaper cost in the scuff marks on the walls cheaper products in the bathrooms etc but very comfortable accomodation; nice facilities and lovely staff.
