Absolutely Nothing, could not find fault with the hotel.

The most comfortable beds ever, fantastic breakfast daily, location is absolutely superb, staff are simply fantastic, pool area and sun loungers are so comfortable and plenty of them, extremely clean.

Of all the hotel facilities, we thought that only the spa's thermal suite was a bit basic. The sauna was off when we wanted to use it, we tried to figure out how to switch it on with another couple who was there, but there was no one at the desk to help.

We loved the room which was light and airy, very clean and had great sea view. Also spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower and double vanity. The hotel overall has nice modern design, a great pool area, and a stunning cactus garden. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast offer was very satisfying, with a wide range of good quality foods and hot dishes. The Piano bar provides really good cocktails and live entertainment. There are plenty of loungers at both pools (we stayed in the hotel at the end of May). Overall, it was a great experience. We'd love to go back.

Room with a bath not suitable for elderly or clients who are not able to climb in and out to get to the shower.

Room was comfortable, clean and modern. We especially liked the japanese style toilets.

Lovely view from a good sized balcony with lounger and chairs. Staff very helpful and friendly, we had a small issue that maintenance fixed very quickly. Cleanliness everywhere was very good. Lots of choice at breakfast

Nothing, I have been to similar hotels they do a turn down service at night time which is something you could add if you would like, they also gave the fruit left over from breakfast at pool side late morning. But that's managers preference, that wouldn't take away from my stay or the reason to go back again

The hotel is located near the airport but a good bit from the centre of Porto del Carmen. It was fine for us but other people might want to be near the centre.

Buffett restaurant had plenty of choice. Breakfast was nice. Restaurant didn’t have too much ambience however it was quiet and the staff were great.

Beautiful decor... spacious pool area with plenty of sunbeds... great pool to swim lengths... easy access to the beach & promenade... immaculately clean... delicious breakfasts/ evening meals... wonderful courteous staff... very enjoyable evening entertainment!
