We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. We arrived here first thing after our long haul flight from the US so we were exhausted but they had our room ready and even let us check in early. The staff were so nice and the hotel was very comfortable. They provided excellent recommendations for parking our car and getting around. The location could not be any better. It's quiet but perfectly located only 5 min walk from the Aqueduct and 10-15 min walk to the cathedral and castle. The view from the roof is really amazing. Plenty of hot water and good wifi. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Netherlands- In the weekend, people outside the nearby night club can be loud-ish, but close the window and it's not an issue.
- Great location to explore Segovia - the cathedral, the castle, and the aqueduct are all withing walking distance. - Many shops around - Comfortable room with plenty of space. - Roof terrace with a large indoor area with some seating as well. - Nice style, of course that's a matter of taste.

Hong KongNot really, though parking is a bit trying given that the hotel is on the historic pedestrian walk. Detailed guide is given well in advance for preparation.
The library and the roof top lounging area which are open to hotel guests offer fantastic views of the city’s skyline day and nit! An attraction not to be missed.

The hotel and our room were lovely. The location is perfect for exploring the old city and is a short walk from the main sites. Breakfast was complete and tasty--eggs, yogurt, fruit, breads, cereal, cheese and meat, an espresso machine, etc. The hotel recommended restaurants, including El Sitio, which was excellent. We'd stay there again.

Great location. Room is clean, refreshed and has nice view. Hotel sent detailed parking information after booking, which includes a free pubic parking option. The public parking is about 7-8 minutes walk (half of it uphill steps when getting to the hotel) and a good option if not having much luggage. Staff are friendly.
