We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was fine. Rooms were very clean and tidied everyday. Unfortunately I was bitten a lot by mosquitos. The windows in the corridor were always open. Very central to all amenities. Would return again same time next year.

Las rampas should have stated on booking platforms that the pool was closed as I had specifically booked a hotel with a pool because I wanted to use a pool. I would have booked a different hotel

IrelandSwimming Pool out of order for our duration which was a huge dissapointment to us. Should have been informed of this before our arrival. Kitchen staff told us the 1st morning. We are 2 OAPs and would have spent our days at ther Pool, instead we had to go to Beach every day and hire 2 Beds at a cost 14Euros per day. No place to lie out and nothing offered instead of Pool.
Loacation great, Room was excellent, Breakfast was adequate.

SpainA few issues but nothing too important. Given the number of British holiday makers who stay at the hotel a few more UK TV channels would be welcome. A tea and coffee tray would be an idea. A rather noisy group of young Germans took the edge of world otherwise have been a really enjoyable stay.
The hotel is centrally located. Welcoming staff. Spotlessly clean. Well maintained. Sensibly priced. There is a restaurant although I did not make use of this. There are areas available for spending time in the Sun.
