Breakfast time is a bit chaotic especially around the coffee area. Fresh milk would be nice and some English breakfast tea. The palm garden to the left is an eye sore with some of it looking dilapidated. Parking areas need surfacing.

Room size and layout was good. Bathroom v good. Staff friendly and helpful. Both restaurants nearby were v good which was a bonus. 9th floor facilities very nice and generally peaceful

We had booked a room for three, but it was only made up for two; two cups, two glasses, two sets of towels. There was no linen available for the sofa bed on arrival, and the first set we got was only two pillows and a sheet for the mattress so the first night I had to sleep under a blanket with no top sheet, which was both cold and unconfortable. The next day I had to ask two times before we got what we needed. I think that if you book a room that is indicated as suitable for three people, there should be linnen for three beds and everything else should be stocked up for three as well.

The location was great and also the top bar hangout. The bathroom and balcony with a sea view was also nice.

The elevator was small, and sometimes have to wait a while. Sometimes hard to find a parking spot right by the hotel.

We liked the location, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good.

I don't know about your perspective on 4 stars, but these were not 4 star conditions. The sheets had stains, the legs of the beds were about to fall, the toilet lid was yellow. When you pay 150 euros for one night, you expect something else.

Food variety was poor. We stayed 6 nights, but almost always the same except one plate. Frozen fish was not nice. Also, room was nice with good view and a terrace, but sofa bed was small and not comfortable for 2 kids.

The apartment was facing directly in front of the swimming pool, thus the curtains had to always be closed. The breakfast has a lot to offer but the quality lacks. Value for money did not really fit for us to give an 8 or more. However the hotel is definitely recommendable.

The personal is extremely friendly. They helped us for all our questions. Gave us local tips. The views from the roof top are very nice. Nice jacuzzi. Very nice location!

The only - but quite- odd thing we encountered is that if you are on half-board you cannot take any drinks for dinner (not even water for your 3 yo child) and have to order and pay for it separately (2.5€ for said water)

It was a bit dirty in communal areas and this type of stay is mostly for older couples.

Stuff is really helpful and welcoming, location is perfect, breakfasts has loads of things to choose from, also had a small private balcony with a table so was nice to sit there in the evening.

The hotel is starting to look a little tired in places and needs some love to get it back to its best, this won’t take much. Tea and coffee only provided for first day and not replenished after (nor water). This small touch would have made difference for us but we just brought tea coffee and milk and kept on fridge in room. We noticed a drains smell coming from shower at night that needs to be sorted. Main detractor was overall food quality but considering what we paid still good value but I think this is where the money is saved by the hotel.

Great Value for money. Food was 5/10 I would say based on other all inclusive I have stayed. Not great variation but I could always find something I liked, salads were always fresh but desserts were not very good at all and fruit juices were weak and not good quality. But all in all more than worth what we paid for 8 nights. In terms of the room it was well designed for family of four. We took a deluxe double with sea view and it was spacious with two distinct sections (almost like two rooms) for the children and adults. Beds were really comfy and it was nice a quiet. We were on 6th floor with good sea view and perfect for access to jacuzzi on same level which we really liked. English Channels available on TV so we could keep in touch. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Location is perfect. Close to so many shops and restaurants to break up the week nicely. The beach is absolutely stunning which was the main attraction for me, not been on many better than that. Special call out for the animation man Joel, he made our son’s holiday with his mini disco, his energy and enthusiasm were fantastic. Overall all of the staff worked really hard.

The pool although adequate is a little unimaginative in design with sunbeds lined in rows. A freeform pool would he been more pleasing. Also please note that if you book a room with a terrace/balcony but no sea view, you may find that you are looking out onto a mirror image of your own room and you may not have sight of the sky,

This is the fifth time that we have stayed at the Cactus Garden. The location is excellent, slightly off the main thoroughfare in morro-jable. Rooms are basic, but clean and serviced daily. Staff are helpful, friendly and quietly efficient. Meals are a little lacking in variation, but there is always a good choice and there will be something that you like. Waiters are particularly well organized. Very pleased to see that there is now an FKK roof terrace with hot tub and sunbeds but no parasols or shade was provided for this area! (Management please note!)

We stayed only for two nights but only because we were making an island tour and did not have more time for Morro Jable. The hotel has a neat location it is very close to the coast and the central area of the town but still quiet. The hotel staff was very friendly I have to emphasize that, we booked last minute actually already at night but still we got our room quickly and without problems. The building is nice and well kept you get what you see in the pictures and more. Kudos to the bartender at the pool on March 30th (unfortunately we did not ask for his name :(), he mixed the best Aperol spritz I have ever had, and probably will have, in my life. For that alone I would visit again :D. We opted for breakfast only. Breakfast was rich and you had a ton of things to choose from, we weren't missing anything. If you want to go to bed early though, I do not recommend the rooms on the first floor, it is right above the pool and you pretty much hear the entertainment program from below and goes till around 11pm if I remember correctly. But then again we booked last minute and I am a little bit of a night owl so we were fine with.
