The hotel is basic, but clean and has all the facilities needed. Staff were not on site when we arrived and it took maybe 30 mins before we could access our room, but not the end of the world.

This is a travel hotel, not the best location just off the road but convenient. It is basic but does the job and the price is reasonable. There is a workers cafe/bar next door but meals are not available.

a non-smoking room smelt like a group of chain smokers had lived in there. the beds were a tad uncomfortable and there was no mini fridge.

A simple, budget hotel ideal for a convenient stopover. I arrived tired, grumpy & overwhelmed from hours of driving & was given a really nice, smiley welcome from the proprietor which immediately made me feel at ease. My dogs were also made welcome & there were no extra charges for them. The room was extremely clean, the bed comfy & there was a heating/air conditioning unit so I could make the room cosy. The bathroom was super clean, & the shower was hot, with great water pressure. The Wi-Fi is excellent & included in the room price. I slept really well, the hotel was very peaceful. There’s even a nice traditional Spanish bar-restaurant, but if that doesn’t suit, it’s just a short walk to lots of different places to grab a bite or drink. The free carpark is opposite & has plenty of room, ideal for those with a big van like myself. I felt very refreshed after my stay. I shall definitely return if I’m passing by again ☺️

It is, I assume, designed to cater for lorry drivers, motorists etc so close to the main drag. But that is not a criticism It is there to serve a need and it does it well

It is a basic motel like property. We were told to drive under main road to get a drink and snack, but far better to walk the 300m. It's fine for a stop over, not a hotel with a view

It is more a low-cost motel. The comfort is not enough high to feel good in this place. The room is old-fashioned, and its equipment need to be replaced (broken bed frame, moving sin, broken door handle). There were ants in our room. It is not enough quiet at the night and we could hear a talking people whole night. No elevator in the object. The staff speak Spanish only

Good location when you drive by car (close to the highway). The room was making up daily and the towels were changing daily (suprisingly for such a low-cost hostel) . Free parking spaces. The reception staff was kind and helpful. The room had an air conditioning and a toilettries

A bit of sound from next room through walls, noisy heater fan, small single bed in a big room that had 2 beds but removed 1.

When we arrived to the place, there was lots of young lads sitting around hotel, but when reception lady came they went away. The surrounding area didn't felt safe, a bit looked out. Near by you can find redonda restaurant and pizza place. Breakfast in Redonda restaurant wasn't as expected, not much options, tostadas mostly. Peoople dont't speak english in this place.

Location itself was quite good, not too far from Gibraltar. Safe car park in front of hotel, with security cameras. Was quite quiet. Reception lady was very friendly, she could speak spanish, french and very little english. She offered couple rooms to choose from, really liked that.

- soundproof rooms advertised, not really ;) - no kettle as advertised - WiFi not detected at room C9 at least - one out of two squeaky bed

+ much better experience than expected based on the previous reviews + clean and fresh sheets and towels provided, toiletries too + free parking in front of the property + Shopping Centre nearby + good spot for budget travellers who want to go for a day trip to Gibraltar + sheets and towels were provided free of charge (fee mentioned in the property description)

Very small rooms in need of shelves or surface areas to put things on particularly bathroom. Also unable to change language setting on tv. Need more staff at breakfast time
