We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SpainThe breakfast was decent to say the least. If you have to pay extra to have it included, better skip it and go to other places to have your breakfast. Tip: there are loads of cafes that offer it at very affordable prices.
The guy receptionist with glasses (forgot his name) went above and beyond providing good service when we asked about having a room with a view. Kudos!

SwedenPerfect location in the village. Very cute surroundings. Like a postcard from a medieval town in spain, Miraflores is probably a gem even for the local Madriders. Good working AC even when it was 36 outside, it was No problem! Little hustle to get parking when you arrive, but there are free parking around 150meters up the road, so No biggie. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs, basic and good with a little spanish touch. Kid-approved aswell! Kiosk thats open late at night just 25meters away. Rooms fler bigger than on the pictures.

HungaryDated rooms, very loud room until very late at night because windows face town center with lots of bars and restaurant terraces. No black out curtains, shower head was difficult to keep from falling.
Room was spotlessly clean. Easy unloading parking in back of hotel. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good, though our waiter was gruff.
