You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location, part of old bit, but hotel is very top notch and modern with decor. Car park 100m away ( if there's space!). Helpful staff. Comfy beds. Good breakfast choice.lots of cafes, bars places to ear within a few minutes walk.

Spainbreakfast could be better. generally fairly "unhealthy" queen bed has 2 individual matresses. not great for cuddling up
really nice rooms, feels recently renovated which is rare in Pyrenees I think. Great bathrooms. Spacious rooms in general. Nice atmosphere with the fireplace in the lobby.

Beautiful boutique style hotel in an excellent location in the historic part of Benasque. Quiet, peaceful and very comfortable. We were disappointed we couldn't extend our stay! Great breakfast also - this hotel is very good value for the cost. Free parking close to the hotel.

AustraliaHaving to drag our luggage on the rough street and the difficulty finding a parking space, in late May, definitely not the busy season. Our room was in the roof space, it was 26° in the room. The receptionist told me the air conditioning is for heating only. Not true. There is also a huge heater in the room. Then she rudely said to open the window. She would not turn the air conditioner on. It clearly states the hotel has single use air conditioning in every room. Then she offered for us to move to a smaller room which we didn’t do. OK to open the window but my allergies to pollen that flew into the room with the breeze made for a very uncomfortable night.
The property is beautiful, located on a narrow side street. The property is very clean and the rooms well maintained. Breakfast was ok.
