Very minor thing, but the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't great so it stayed fairly steamy after showering

Fabulous boutique hotel - such a find for the price! Loved the beautiful communal areas; the rooftop terrace & pool which was always fairly quiet; the breakfast & above all the staff - who were all so friendly, polite and went above & beyond.

We would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in our room.

The breakfast was excellent. Buffet style, it covered everything you would wish for at breakfast. Continental, traditional, hot, cold courses, cereals, fruit juice, coffee and a selection of teas. Selection of milks for allergies and real fresh honey pour out of the hive honeycomb's. No restrictions, eat as much as you like.

Unfortunately when we came (late May) the weather was windy so we did not stay much in the swimming-pool for taking sun after, but this is not the responsibility of the hotel ;-)

Very large and comfortable room. Nice hotel in a nice building with ancient style (at least the entrance part), in the heart of La Laguna. Quiet place. Nice place for having a drink as well. Staff was responsive for requests. Swimming-pool on the roof. Check-out at 12:00: this is good when you don't need to rush the day of departure.

The beds were a little uncomfortable but it varies for eqch person, so it’s my preference.

We really enjoyed the overall vibe it gives. The interior the nice and friendly people working there, let it be the receptionists or bartenders. The breakfast was exceptional, there were plenty of options from sweet pastries and cakes every day. The rooftop chill area and pool were also perfect to get a tan and relax.

Dinner and snack menus could be improved and a little more varied. Otherwise a friendly and attractive hotel to stay in.

Breakfast was buffet style and for us worked very well - selection was fresh and good. Location was great for the Museums and tram etc . A delightful setting for our 3 day break.

The location in the heart of the old town is wonderful, and an easy walk to the main attractions. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection of sweet and savory options ,fresh local produce and continental choices. The old part of the bulílding including the bar/lounge area is stunning. Enjoyed the views from the rooftop terrace, unfortunately too windy during our stay to enjoy the pool area. Hotel has their own underground car park, which was convenient.

The noise proofing to the neighbouring rooms is shocking in the old part of the building. But you get massive vaulted ceilings. Take ear plugs!

Beautiful hotel with fab roof terrace and pool. Good location, helpful staff. San Cristóbal de La Laguna is a great centre. Would definitely return.

Could not sleep 1st night because they sprayed « ambiance » perfume in rooms. Smell was so strong it awoke me continuously. Better 2nd night as I asked the hotel to stop using this perfume in our room. Would have been nice for the hotel to provide us with some compensation (such as a bar voucher 😉) after my complaint.

The beautiful canarian house. A lot place to relax from patio to swimming pool on the rooftop. Very good breakfast. Wine shop inside and you can choose a lot variants of wine to drink in loby.
