Extra noisy neighbors upstairs. Every morning since 6 am they were moving furniture and kids were running around the apartment. No sound isolation. Also, we were living on the 1st floor under the waste-bins, probably that is why we have seen few big bugs (hope they weren’t cockroach) inside the apartment.

Modern design, amazing location. Close to the seaside and local restaurants. Had problems with wifi router, however the next day stuff came and switch it to the new one!

Room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived - dirty dishes, crumbles of food all around the place, dust and stains on the couch :( also we had a problem with wifi Access, and when we finally conected it worked very poorly

Balcony although long is Very narrow, impossible to sit on 3 sides of a v small table. So ok for a couple, not 3 people.

Location amazing, on a side street only 70 yards from esplanade, yet very quiet( March/April ) outstanding view from the balcony of the sea and a good view of mountains too. Very modern apartment minimalist design all white, Wi-Fi v good also washing machine.

Very good central location. Lots of restaurants, shops, cafes near by. Smart check-in and door opening system. Very responsive customer service. Good and clean facilities in the apartment and in the kitchen.

If you do not want to break the rules, There is no possibility to get close by car,so count with you Have to carry your luggage quite far. There is a central parking place for free - 7-10min by walk.

Nice, clean apartment, We Felt almost like at home. We enjoyed Very much beautiful see view from our balcony during breakfast And evenings. We appreciate the location, it is Very central, but "behind the corner" so no Rush during the night. We like door opening with pin code, no keys needed. We definitely recommend this place And would stay again if visit Puerto de la Cruz in the future. Suppport on the Phone if you need anything, ready to help all the time.

Next time I’d choose a room with an ocean view to avoid constant night trash/recycle truck sounds and noisy bar. Also room was not ready at 3 as stated and I was locked out of the building/room twice the morning of check out (they promised me noon check out) and, as my phone was locked in the apartment, I had to walk to the rental agency. They claimed they reset my room but the code still did not work on my return. I was beyond frustrated. Thankfully other tenants and housekeeping were helpful. Maybe I’m more of a hotel person.

Location was fantastic. Apartment was huge. Laundry room was a plus.

We booked the property as wheelchair accessible and I struggled to get into the lift and the flat had bad access to the bathroom. I have asked about lift dimensions and some photos of the particular flat that we booked so I can figure out if I can manage in wheelchair or not, but the staff ignored me. Also, we got the password for the Wi-Fi but they didn’t bother to tell us the id, so I had to try about 8 networks that appeared on my phone until it matched the password 🙄. They couldn’t care less!

We had to call the host to get WiFi password, we didn't understand why it wasn't anywhere in the accomodation. A washin machine in the bathroom was broken but there were other washing machines available in the building, which was great. I would also appreacite some basic cooking supplies like salt, oil, etc.

Very nice furniture, huge and comfy bed and a really big wardrobe, two balconies. We liked that the bedroom was separated by the door. The place was nicely decorated, we could hear an ocean, we could also have a sneak peak over the ocean. A lot of kitchenware. Situated in a city centre, supermarket like 4 mins away.

Some minor issues. No plug in bathroom sink. Shower didn’t drain well causing overflow onto floor. Handtails weren’t clean on arrival.

The washing machine was not working and we did not get a chance to use it, so had to use the laundry and pay extra. We also did not get the wifi and pass right away and it took a few days before we got this answer from the host.

The inattention to bedding, the bedroom with just a duvet, no cover sheet, no sheets for the sofa, which is uncomfortable, and needed cleaning.

Cleanliness was a significant issue as surfaces were quite dusty, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The towels provided were worn out and tired, which was disappointing. The apartment needed a thorough vacuuming, which we would have happily have done if there was a vacuum provided, but there wasn't one. The door entry codes were a bit of a challenge and failed us initially, but a quick call to the office fixed it.

The apartment was bright and had a modern IKEA-inspired decor that was appealing. It was spacious and offered amazing sea view from the cute little balcony. Additionally, having a large fridge was a practical and convenient feature.
