The person who let us in put us in the wrong apartment and we had to move an hour later. The apartment we were then given was not the same as the one advertised. We were given a bottle of wine for compensation but when we went to open it, the cork-screw in the kitchen drawer was broken. The bed was creaky and woke me several times during the night.

The way to collect the keys was a bit annoying because I had to call a phone number in order someone to pick us up and this had additional charges on my phone bill. It would have been nice if there is a way to contact the reception via Internet. The apartment was a bit dark, but I think this is typical for most apartments in Barcelona.

The apartment was better than our expectations. We were three people and had two separate rooms - one with a double bed and another one with two single beds, 1 bathroom with a shower, a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with a couch and a dining table. It was a very pleasant apartment where we spent 6 days and could feel at home. Location was also good with metro nearby, supermarket just 3 mins away and restaurants not far away either. Close to Placa Espanya with a good connection to the airport.

Ventilation could be better, especially in bathroom and kitchen. Street is being cleaned at night and at these moments it is quite noisy.

Location is very close to the metro station. There are lots of small shops and restaurants in this area. It is very convenient. It should also be noted that Montjuic park is in a walking distance as well.

If i had to write something here, that would be that the apartment is on the first floor and there is a lot of noise coming from the street, but not that kind that keeps you up all night.

Location was great, 5 minutes from metro station and very close to the city center. Apartment is large enough for 4 people, Kitchen and bathroom are decent size. Entrance door is opened by PIN code and you get two set of keys for the building entrance so you dont have to be together all the time.

It is not a didn't like, but I seemed to have left/forgotten my iPad and charging cable. I called the La Fira contact and she said that she would check with the cleaners and get back to me. I have not heard back from her. It would be appreciated if I could get my iPad back.

There was a lot of moist inside, so all the bedding and towels were slightly wet. Especially with the bedding it was quite uncomfortable.

Very small. There’s a whole in the wall for the AC. Super hot even with the AC on. Owner was super rude over the phone when we were simply asking him a question.

I don't like call them by phone because they cause me a bit of money. Why not using internet? And the location is not equal to booking website location. You should mind the message from booking message, this make me lost.

There was a strong smell in the appartement and it felt a bit damp

The Sofas they provide was dirty and bed sheets was full of blood. Shower curtain was also manky. Floor was not clean and when I ask staff they ignored me and calling me layer even I sent them pictures.
