The shower in the bathroom was a mess. When you turn it on, there is a pattern of hot, cold and warm water every few seconds. It was really annoying.

Breakfast was ok ok. Nothing special.

The lift trapped me and was slow.

The location was great, pool area with bar and food was a great service and price. Rooms were good and the maid service cleaned them when asked.

overall, not bad. But I didn’t like that there was no good playground (1 house was broken), they could have put a table in the hall with drawing paper and pencils. Make a shelf with toys and books. That is, there is almost nothing provided for children

The hotel is not in the centre of Alicante so short walk into town. Difficult to find entrance to car park.

Large, clean, bedrooms with balconies. Nice views. Lovely friendly staff. Great pool. The hotel is close to a great shopping mall. Secure parking at the hotel.

The overall state of the hotel is disappointing. It would need a big revamp, all the small details in the room are off or broken, crooked or loose, such as the handle of the doors, the shower faucet, toilet seat, etc. Generally very old building in need of a refurbishment.

The location of hotel is great, close to beach, castle and old town. Breakfast was surprisingly good with loads of choice. Nice bar at the pool and friendly staff.

It it's a good 20 minutes walk out of town so if anyone has mobility issues this would be a problem if they wanted to be in town often.

It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous - so much choice and they restock continously.

The restaurant in the hotel wasn't open while I was there so the only option was the pool bar.

The bus and tram stops were very close to the hotel. The hotel had vending machines and an atm. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of variety.

Would have been nice to have a concierge to help call a taxi. Front desk always too busy. Given the location public transportation is necessary for mature clientele.

It would have been nice to have a kettle and cups provided for an early morning coffee, although you can hire one from lobby, so not really a complaint.

Lovely pool, no shortage of beds, great pool bar with snacks, reasonable price drinks. Comfortable beds, lots of working lifts. The breakfast was lovely, great choice for €14. The bus stop was just outside €1.45 into town, although it was only 15 min walk but after a long day was nice to catch bus back. Tram stop 3 minute walk away by the roundabout, which we caught to Benidorm for the day. Had fabulous time, would return here.

The room was not a sea view despite Booking.com listing it as a Sea View room. Some facilities were a bit dated including the pool area and the terrace above it.

Excellent service, the staff was amazing. Rooms were clean.

The rooms were lovely but the walls were paper thin , the guys in the room beside us might as well have been sitting on our pillow talking.
