The location is very good , the room was very spacious and the breakfast very good.

There was still shavings of beard hair all around the sink unit, the sink had been wiped down but along the unit, the plate with glasses on and the mirror was covered in beard hair 😔 Also the pillows for the bed are so low, should be offered more than one pillow, not comfortable at all. The pool area was closed, which is fine as it's early March, but then they closed all outdoor access areas off so when sunny couldn't sit outside at all to enjoy, so we ended up going elsewhere and spending money elsewhere. Hotel could have made money on drinks and snacks by allowing outside areas to open when sunny.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing, couldn't have asked for better. The view from the balcony in the room is stunning. Staff were super friendly and helped where possible, allowed an early check in and a packed breakfast at check out. The food at breakfast was great with lots of choice and very filling, sets you up for the day. However, I don't know what was wrong with the eggs they were all black/grey on the bottom. I never risked eating it as the colour puts you off.

Fantastic breakfast with a vast range of choices, both hot and cold. Our room was on the 9th floor overlooking the sea and where we could watch the sunrise. Pool was closed at the time of our visit so cannot comment but the pool area looked nice and clean. Bar downstairs was reasonably priced and well spaced out. Very close to metro station.

Slight negative is the bathroom was a bit dated looking by comparison to the rest of the room and hotel. Walls very thin ...no sound insulation and could hear next doors alarm clock going off in the morning and baby crying. Noise from traffic heard only if window was open during the day. Not sure I would enjoy sunbathing by the pool with the level of noise around me if I was here in the summer. No kettle in the room but easily provided by reception.

Breakfast was perfect. Something available for both of our tastes and preferences. Dining area kept very clean, and enjoyed the calm, quiet environment in the diningroom also. Room was lovely, clean and bright. Location was good. Easy walk into town or along the promenade. East to get the C6 bus to airport. Right beside the Tram station and the entrance to the Castille Santa Barbara (Castle)

- some aspects felt a bit dated in the room but nothing that impacted our stay - the pillows weren't the most comfortable; a second set of bigger pillows in addition to the small ones would have been welcome - the breakfast felt a bit dull, while there was a good variety to choose from we felt like a lot of the items were tasteless (the juices felt diluted and not really freshly made, same for the bakery products, coffee was of low quality) - if you plan to travel with your dog, reach out to Reception prior to booking

- amazing staff, everyone was so welcoming, kind, and ready to help - good location; you can easily reach the beach and city center within a 10-15 mins walk - private parking garage - pet-friendly; they even prepare a welcome bag for your dog with some treats and a toy which is such a nice touch, we certainly appreciated it

Possibly a little bit out of the beach/ centre area though not too far at all.

The friendliness & cleanliness was brilliant and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Lots of choice and the breakfast staff were so hard-working & friendly & very happy. Food tasty coffee - great! Would defo recommend a room with a balcony and view of the sea. Wake up to that gorgeous Alicante sunrise.

Bf was good, coffe was not provided and you were not allowed to take coffee satches to the room which was a bit disappointing. Best location.

This was our second time to stay here. The hotel is conveniently located to the city centre, the beach and shops. We particularly liked the breakfasts which offered an extensive choice of cooked and uncooked foods and lovely cakes and pastries. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed having a drink and bite to eat in the hotel cafeteria and bar.

No kettle in the room and no insufficient number of towels, there were four of us and also there was no proper bedding set for all of us

Hotel need to advertise that airport bus C6 stops outside hotel. Shower water temperature fluctuated whilst taking shower.

Really friendly staff throughout, brilliant breakfast buffet, big twin room on a high floor away from the lifts as requested. Even got a view of the sea and castle we didn’t expect. Shower was most powerful and refreshing had in years. 10 mins to the beach and about 15 to 20 into the main centre. Nice lounge and bar area

The location, the facilities and the staff were all great. Staying at the bar/restaurant after a day out was very relaxing. A play of pool was also so enjoyable. Taking bus C6 to the airport was easy.

Only fault is the sound proofing in the bedrooms is very poor,you can hear every movement and conversation from the neighbouring rooms.

All the staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good,great choice, hotel very clean.
