In the season, mosquitoes may appear. When the hotel was built, there was no need for guests to charge their numerous devices, there is a shortage of power sockets. Poor acoustic insulation from the corridor. There are a small number of parking spaces marked as private. However, there are plenty of free spaces on the street and parking my rental car was not a big problem (August / September 2024)

Hotel on the Ma-12 road leading to Port d'Alcúdia in a mixed hotel / residential area. Close to nice Platja d'Alcudia, which may be crowded. Rooms with balconies facing the street or facing the internal area with pools and a bar. The noise from the street is not particularly disturbing. The reception, pool bar and restaurant staff are helpful and polite. Animations are organised for children and adults, which is completely unnecessary for us and they were not bothersome. The room equipment is a bit worn out. Small fridge in the kitchenette. Clean, impeccable cleaning. Walking distance to EROSKI supermarket .

Noise - it is really important in which room you land. At the beginning we were given room 307 and it was just no go. Our kids could not sleep till late because the entertainment was just too loud. The third day we asked for our room to be changed and we got the same day room 502 which was much, much better. Suggestion to management how to ameliorate - there is only one solution: sound proof windows.

I really like the mood in general, easy going hotel with nice people. Very good breakfast and dinner and entertainment team who has always smile on the face. Location is fantastic and the most beautiful beach is only few steps from the hotel. Many stores or restaurants are around. We were there in the end of August and it was not crowded, just fine. My family loved our stay at ivory playa! Right next to the beach, gorgeous pools and lovely staff. It’s extremely clean with the cleaner visiting the room every day. The room had a good fringe and small hob. The supermarket was only across the road so we were always stocked with water, beer and iberico ham. The pool side food was very good and not too expensive. I would recommend the calamari!!! The pool guard was very good in making sure people didn’t put towels on loungers and leave them for hours. We always found loungers for 4 at any time of the day, even when the hotel was full! The entertainment team were very good. My children loved the games at lunch where you had the opportunity to win a drink from the bar!! We had a fault with our air conditioning and the maintenance team fixed it within half an hour of us letting reception know. They too were extremely friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, to which we regret ,we never experienced the evening entertainment, we will on our next visit! ;)

Only few things that I would like to highlight are the raw sewage smell in the room and even in the corridors, luckely not very strong but noticeable. Also during 5 days of staying nobody has changed the towels. Could be great to change the towels at least once per 3 days.

The location is great. Was quite clean and in general it’s a good place for staying for money we have payed. Friendly atmosphere - all in all was good.

Some areas of the room were small (e.g. shower), but you can live with that.

The hotel is the right size, not too big and not too small, it is really cosy. All the staff are really friendly, especially the animators and the spa staff.

An electric kettle would have been better than the one they have on the hob, which are not expensive these days. But frankly, if this is the only minor negative thing I can think of, then you can tell I'm struggling to find anything bad about it.

Stayed half-board at this hotel in a superior sea view room for us and a Garden apartment for my 2 adult sons and I'm struggling to find anything that wasn't good about the hotel (except maybe an electric kettle in the room instead of the hob kettle which took an eternity to boil). Both rooms, food, and staff were superb, and lots of choice in the dining room too, great tasting help yourself buffet style food. Would even cater for the fussiest of children. Pool and bars were great too and only a stones throw (50 meters) from the beach. Also offer towels for the beach as well for a small additional charge. So ever is thought of here. There seems to be enough entertainment for those with kids, but it's not done in a tacky way, with loads of 'Agga Do' type music blaring out all day and night, more in the background, if you want to take part. And the pool also has lifeguards. One tip if you have a family, it's cheaper to get a taxi than the bus to go into the port (10 mins journey time) at between 6 and 8 Euro's - whereas the bus, which are superb too, very plentiful and clean are about 13 Euro's for 4 people.

Accommodation was very nice, clean, provided with everything as usual. Location is great almost by the beach, and amazing breakfast even with Mimosas :)) which is nice. Super nice staff.

It was a little expensive and the room devour was showing its aga a little. But it was well maintained and very clean No problems with the facilities.

The room could have been cleaner (floor) and better not use the room AC (cooling or heating). There is a lot of mould inside, it has not been cleaned for years (see my pictures).

Breakfasts are very good, the staff is polite and super friendly. The hotel is open to families and children. The localization is perfect, close to the beach.
