If you are looking for pure luxury in incredible surroundings and to be looked after by the most lovely staff then this is the place. A special mention to the guest experience manager he literally made my stay by listening and understanding my needs and did everything he could to really ensure my stay was perfect.

The pre-authorisation of € when checking in. I was originally asked for €50 per day - €350 for the week. I asked to reduce this to €25 per day as I already had my money budgeted. The hotel essentially takes this money from you as a “hold” then they bill you accordingly upon check out. It means if you have an X amount for the holiday you can’t use those funds elsewhere as the hotel takes it from you. I’ve challenged this before and told it wasn’t possible to not do. I’ve visited the hotel 3 times, twice last year. It would be nice if there’s a note on file upon check in to say you’re a frequent visitor to the hotel as I find the comment “first time here?” a little odd, it would be nice to be remembered.. it’s the small touches. They’ve now introduced massages in the downstairs part of the hotel which is great - I enjoyed my massage, I’d recommend the hotel makes this space into a calming oasis rather than in an old salon room as it’s quite noisy with people outside the door etc. I probably wouldn’t go again unless it was a proper treatment room that was sound proof.

Went to the sky bat for cocktails absolutely beautiful stayed there fir hours. Thought we would come to the down stairs pool. We asked 3 servers for a menu all 3 told us 2 minutes. Out of 3 one finally came back with a menu an hour later at this point I had already found one online. Ordered 2 strawberry daiquiris. When they came they tasted like water with alcohol no flavour at all I took them back and left straight after

Only thing that I didn't like was the fact that nowhere in the room was enough proper lighting to do one's make-up (the small magnifying mirror with embedded lights isn't suitable for doing a full-face makeup). Everything else was excellent.

Staff was very professional and kind and did a stellar job altogether. The combination of bufet-style dining with an a'la carte menu worked very well, excellent concept with a good food selection. Room was kept very clean & it was always tidied up nicely. I also appreciated the direct access to the beach.

Everything from the welcome to the goodbye was amazing. It’s clean, fresh, modern and the staff really do excel in providing the best customer experience. Breakfast is the best I’ve ever experienced Some may think the hotel price is on the high side but you really do get what you pay for. I would recommend this hotel and I will certainly be staying here again.

All the staff were wonderful except one on reception . When I questioned our bill she made me feel stupid. Didn’t get her name but had mousy hair and big ish , incase the management think it was the lady who checked us in , she was wonderful

The location couldn’t have been better right on the beach and code to all the restaurants. The hotel had lovely decor in every part and especially the rooms. We had partially sea view but could see plenty of the sea and sand. The sky lounge on the roof was something else, well worth a visit.

It wasn't a problem for me, but it's important to know there's a sky bar that has big and noisy parties every now and then. Hard beds for my liking, but quality good.

Everything is perfect. Nice location and price in relation to quality are perfect. The rainshower in the bathroom was magical, and the Lalique line of gels, etc, is a big plus. Agustin, in the reception, greeted me and explained everything about the hotel, the services, and everything I needed to know and invited for a welcome drink.

we visied 3rd time the hotel within 2 years and the food in this summer preiod was not the same than in winter. it was a bit more simple....from this point of view maybe winter is better... Breakfast: standard 5 star menu nothing special,but good quality Dinner: good, nothing special, good choice for first visit.
