The only thing that I would like to be improved is the bed mattresses.

The staff were super friendly. The location of the hotel is good near Puerto Banus where you have many restaurants and shopping. The rooms are spacious and user-friendly. There is a rinse/washer in the bathroom(شطاف). The breakfast is delicious and you have a lot of options. The property is Eco-friendly so they don’t use plastic water bottles, on each floor there’s water fountain you can refill from it.

We were only there for 2 nights so we didn't see any fault within those 2 days.

I don't feel as though the pictures do it justice, it exceeded our expectations and met all our needs and more.

I wouldn’t say it’s great for kids, it needs to be adults only or for families as there were stags and hen dos very loud in day & night. Loud music entertainment to at night so bit hard when your trying to get your kids to sleep

Breakfast and poolside food was great, dinner was fine and on price but basic..eat out for dinner.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We treated ourselves to a suite with hot tub, absolutely fabulous and well worth it. Had an amazing massage in the Spa ( thank you Gemma). Isi (reception) was very helpful and looked after us from check-in to check-out. The bar staff were great fun and friendly. Thank you to all the housekeeping staff - bed turn down with chocolate, fresh towels everyday, rooms very clean. Beach is not direct access but 'around the corner'..did not bother us but some people might need to know.

Rude lifeguard enforcing a stupid rule. I had bought a coke from the Aldi across the road and had half a bottle left when I got to the hotel. As I was walking to my room, I thought I'd finish the bottle while on a sun lounger by the pool, catching up on messages. The lifeguard immediately came over and told me to finish it in my room and to never bring outside food or drink to the pool again. Only drinks purchased from the hotel can be drunk outside of the rooms. Bit silly to me, especially given the amount I had actually spent at the bar in the 3 days I stayed. I had less than half a bottle left. Can't say the bar staff were overly friendly, also.

I think I was upgraded to some kind of suite. It was absolutely huge. The bed was massive and comfortable. It was clean. Absolutely loved the large walk-in shower. The bar was nice, as was the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. You're looking at a 15-20 minute walk along the beachfront to get to where all the bars and restaurants are.

Breakfast restaurant, the breakfast restaurant was on floor -1 which was a little odd. in such place you want to be outside with good view of beach or sea.

Hotel location was perfect, room was good. Breakfast was ok but it has opportunity for improvement.

Water filter was placed on the 1st floor whereas our rooms were on the third.. every time we had to come down two flights of stairs to fetch the water for drinking

The room is big and clean and the semi private jacuzzi outside is just glorious - everything makes for a very comfortable vacation. The buffet spread & the quality of food is extremely good. The live counter chefs and the staff run it very well. This was really the highlight of our trip. The staff are too nice here and there are enough bars, sun beds inside the hotel, the entire space is very well maintained and of course a 20 min walk along the promenade takes you to a wonderful beach and commercial area.

Iberostar are pushing for everyone to check in online and use the app at the hotel - this felt very impersonal and less welcoming. Staff were not as engaging as they could be . Charging for the coffee capsules and the milk in the mini bar felt a little excessive for the standard of the hotel.

Room was very spacious, clean and bright. Breakfast had a great selection and was well presented. It was easy to park the car on the street outside the hotel.
