Comfortable, great art and views from terraces. Pool bar was great. Bed very comfortable, excellent breakfast. Sea view room with large balcony. Good air con. Booked for a week but stayed a further 5 days.

There is quite a few steps down to the town from the hotel which are steep and would make it difficult to access for those with mobility issues.

Fabulous views over Lloret de Mar from the pool and bar area, set in lovely grounds. Friendly helpful staff and a tasty, varied breakfast. Large bedrooms with updated bathrooms.

We enjoyed our stay at the Roger de Flor. Breakfast was delicious with the stunning view of the ocean. Dinner was very good as well with lots of choices

Access to the town and beach is difficult especially for the elderly and disabled. Lots of steps with no handrails and uneven paths.

The view from the room was good but the room and balcony need updating as they were quite shabby. The reception and bar areas were very pretty as were the gardens. The breakfast was excellent. The thing we didnt like was the location as it was very difficult to get down to the town and beach, my husband actually had a fall on some very uneven steps with no handrails.

Rooms and bathrooms bit old but still nice and clean. Food was quite nice selection but not much tasty. It's taste like no seasoning in it and very low salted.

Very nice charming hotel, good location and very quiet an relaxing place. Rooms was cleaned every day and also other parts of hotel was very well maintained and clean.

Hallways were dark. The motion sensitive lights were not sensitive enough, so the halls were dark and spooky

The bathrooms need updating but the shower in our room had plenty of pressure and lovely hot water. The indoor plants need some TLC and the cleaners need to better.

Love the period furniture and the colonial look of the building. The gardens around the swimming pool are stunning. The staff are very helpful, they tried to do everything to make our stay perfect.

There weren't a lot of gluten-free options included in the buffet. There were only 3 or 4 bottles of gluten-free beer and they didn't restock while we were there, even though the bar staff were aware one of us was coeliac.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean with a lovely view of the sea. Buffet breakfast and dinner had a lot of choices, which changed daily.

There were very few vegetarian options at dinner. There was a great variety of food for meat and fish eaters but out of around 16 choices there were only 3-4 non-meat, non-fish choices and of those only one that was a proper dish. They often even added meat to the pizza which could easily have been simply vegetarian. There was a lot of salad but there should have been more actual hot vegetarian dishes. If you are vegan you have a choice of vegetables and salad really!

The hotel itself is beautiful. Lots of lounge areas that are beautifully decorated and spacious, including the outside areas. It feels very luxurious. A lovely pool and great views. We had a sea view room, I'm not sure about the views from other rooms. Also fairly close to the sea. Despite being on a hill, there is easy access to the town via the lift in the adjacent hotel. The staff are really friendly.

Some rooms do not seem to be renovated. However, the staff allows you to check the rooms first. The hotel arranged animation at the pool in the evenings.... great if you like it... we didn't.

We were very positively surprised. The hotel is on top of a hill and oversees the ocean, beaches and Lloret de Mar. Every aspect was relaxing and the 600 steps to the beach are not an issue at all as you can use the elevator from the hotel "next door". The pool was so relaxing that we didn't bother to go to the beach (had other plans for our beach vacation). The pool-bar and terrace were very nice. We never tried the restaurant for dinner but it looks nice. The clubs and wild-life are within walking distance (20 min)

The owner should immediately invest in changing the hallway carpet, which was unfortunately incredibly dirty, to the point of feeling sick each time I had to go out of my room. It's full of dirt and huge stains. This is not something cleaners can clean, this has to be removed and changed. Bathtub and chair in bedroom were old and visibly damaged, bedside lamp too old as well. Dividers between room balconies were so small and useless, each night we could hear and see our neighbours. Toilet amenities were ridiculoysly bad quality. There is no bottled water in rooms. Partial view room was not worth the money.

The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Cleaners, receptionists, servers, all in all simply great. Location was good too, the view was the best part. The stairs which led to the beach were a challenge, but it was the only thing that kept us active. Pool was clean and big enough for all of us. Cafe and themed nights very interesting. The hotel itself has amazing furniture in common areas, and the flowers outside are breathtakingly pretty. This part was worth the money, as I've noticed that the hotel had the best location and exterior design in Lloret. Dinner buffet was 20 euros per person and both breakfast and dinner had a lot of great options for everyone.

Nothing to dislike. Car parking was EUR 14 per day but worth it to keep car safe and close as parking in town is not secured and at least 500m.

Great location away from the crowds and noise of town. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception, in the restaurant and at the pool bar. Lovely, well kept gardens. I booked a triple for myself and 2 daughters but was given 2 adjoining doubles which was even better, with quiet balconies.

The room was quite dirty. We found someone’s fake lashes, hair band and hair in the bathroom. Bathtub wasn’t clean as well. Only three sockets for the whole room, one socket near the bed, one additional pillow, lots of dust and dirty balcony. No ventilation in the bathroom Poor soundproofing

The hotel itself is amazing. Design, atmosphere, views. Our stay was good and we loved the hotel, but the small things below could be improved.
