Very poor soundproofing, we could hear every movement and voice from next door room.

I have requested a few months ago room with one large double bed, instead got twin bed (uncomfortable) which means you do not really read requests of your clients. You should at least inform that is not available... The elavator should be replaced. The breakfast is very basic..

Everything was excellent, except the noise isolation, in week days it was okay, but near to weekend in the night there were noises of people loudly speaking and laughing till morning under the windows, so if windows are on the side of San Martin street it can be disturbing.

First room had a broken fridge there was brown residue in it, second room had a very old bathroom and the fan didn’t seem to work so the bathroom seemed up badly , was also over charged twice having booked through booking.com in advance for 1 night , I was re charged and then on arrival we were charged again …. I did get money back but I still ended up slightly out of pocket when the exchange was taken in to account with my bank etc. would not put me off staying again!

The location is fantastic. Car parking garage available at €25 a night only round the corner. Staff friendly. Clean room.

The car park is very close but you must pay 25 euro per day. The room was very cold when we arrived, the air condition didin't work but the staff was very quick to bring a heater in the room. We sleep warm.

The location of the hotel was great. We were visiting the city in low season but for summer stays the beach is very close. We walked to old city very easily. We were 3 people and the room was confortable for us. The bathroom was very large and clean.

The walls are too thin, we could hear someone in the bedroom next door snoring. Also in the morning, there were a lot of noises from upstairs that woke us up. Heating was too high.

The hotel is nice. Good location, close to everything. The bed and pillows were great.

The breakfast was not great. Some evenings it was quite noisy, and some other guests were quite loud and inconsiderate. Someone set the fire alarm off very early in the morning, which is not the fault of the hotel but just not a nice experience.

I really like the location and that they had a gym. The room was cozy with nice finishes. Staff were friendly and helpful.
