The food was laughable breakfast was almost inedible eggs looked like and tasted like rubber beans a solid lump just had toast the menu for lunch and evening meal was the same about 4 choices good job Lidl was close by

Not enough milk, sugar etc for tea and coffee in the rooms, only enough for one cup each, it was our wedding anniversary and it was so difficult to get an Ice bucket with ice, to place the bottle of champagne that we bought with us. The staff on the cocktail bar could certainly be a little happier.

Loved the location, great views, lovely cocktail bar, nice room, plenty of parking, very clean.

Rooms being closer together as we had two rooms.

Rooms are much more comfortable than before. Staff were extremely helpful. I’ve stayed here many times before and liked it but the improvements made our stay much more comfortable.

Transport needed from the hotel to Pto de Mazarron, the hotel is quite a walk from the marina, and is up a steep hill.

Breakfast was quite good, good choice of food to choose from. More than I expected.

The lunch and evening meal menu are very limited and the food was below average and poor quality.. that said the breakfast buffet was perfect but the choice was limited

There was confusion over the restaurant being open which resulted in us having to wait longer to actually order then it took 3 choices from menu before they could actually fulfil Oder it would have been nice to receive a drink as a gesture. Also despite being given wristbands to enter pool no mention was made at time that you had to return to reception to get a towel!!

Clean, tidy with great views and decent facilities this was a great easy in the budget hotel, with great cocktails and friendly helpful staff

Bar staff were a bit slow in serving, not always behind the bar. Had to get pool towels from reception a floor down from pool area. Wasn’t given them when checking in.

We decided to give a try to the restaurant close to the pool and bar. When we arrived one of the girls helped us immediately and assigned us a nice table that for some reason other employee came and told her that we couldn't be seated in that area. It was odd cause there were other customers seated and not too crowded. So the girl had to move us to another table close to the pool/kids area. It was okay but we have no children so would have been better to be seated on the other area. We ordered a veggie pizza that was good and a salad that had shrimp, mango and avocado. At the moment the salad arrived I noticed that somebody just threw all the items onto the plate.. for our surprise when we started eating the salad, we saw that they have served us the shrimp completely raw. **This was unbelievable** we have never seen something like this. There's no excuse for a hotel that belongs to an American chain to follow this bare minimum standards. The hotel should really put more effort in training the people that work at the restaurant.

The hotel in general is very good. The room was very comfortable, with a large terrace and nice views to the bay/ sea. When we arrived they gave us a room that was very close to the terrace/restaurant so we thought it could be a bit noisy at night, so we went to the reception and Carolina directed us to Miguel. He was super nice and gave us a very nice room with an amazing view on the 4th floor. This was probably the best part of our stay.

food only served until 3.30pm, was given a menu at 3:15pm and noone pointed this out to us. other guests complained they weren’t serving cocktails at the pool bar. The breakfast was nice but cold.

Everything was great. If I have to find fault, breakfast was a little basic. We had to use reception twice, both times we waited 30 minutes to be seen as only one member of staff on duty. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay and we will use again.
