Away from the busy beach area, lovely clean hotel and rooms adequate size with a/c . Parking available outside for free. Dining room meals reasonably priced for a hotel. Coffee bar in the mornings around the swimming pool. Also reasonably priced breakfast as we opted to eat at the hotel, tea & coffee facilities as well as a small bar fridge. Shower was fantastic with plenty of refillable gels, shampoo, conditioner & hairdryer. Plenty of clean towels.

Reception were very helpful, and our room ( Premium Delux with Sea View) was very good. A large double bed was very comfortable and daily housekeeping kept it very clean with fresh linen and towels when asked for. We stayed in mid May 24 and the hotel was not packed. The bar and restaurant staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. Breakfast was buffet and had a good selection of cereals, pastries and bread. A good selection of cold meat and cheese, and a small selection of hot food. Unlimited tea, coffee and fruit juices. The restaurant menu is not extensive, but what we ate was good. My wife was in a wheelchair and lifts were fine, access around the pool area, bars, and restaurants was good.Our room required us to navigate 4 steps on the way from the lift, which we knew about, and chose this rather than an accessible room.

We said room must be accessible, on arrival we were told that was only a request but they had given those rooms to others although we booked months in advance. Was twice accused directly of lying by a staff member. Received no apology when his manager pointed out he was wrong and had not checked properly.

Very noisy. Doors banging . Your given 4 coffee sachets but only 2 tiny milks . Went to reception to ask for more milk they charged me 2 euro... No mention during check in about dinner or breakfast. Just what floor your room was on. Be careful when you take an upgrade on booking.com. as hotel charges alot more than what was quoted.. hotel quick to blame booking.com and wasn't wanting to fix the price even tho I had email....

Check in very slow, we waited nearly 40 mins to check in, one reception staff working and 8 people waiting, no welcome or coffee or even eye contact for 40 mins, not the best Like everyone else said the orange juice is horrendous! You may as well be drinking it after! Everywhere else we stayed in region had lovely fresh squeezed orange juice, not hard in an area the grows them! Come on Ramada you need to up your game! We paid very little for the smaller hotels and their welcome and facilities and food are far far superior to yours

the hotel entrance is not on the front of the hotel, you need to travel around the hill to gain access

Beacuse of the time of the year the breakfst was adequate but for a hot dish there was only scrambled egg and bacon. The hot plate was not being used. There was plenty of cold cuts and bread/cake products

We were upgraded to a sea view room on the 4th floor. The hotel is quite near to the sea but you can only see the sea from the 4th floor. The room was very spacious and was well fitted with all that you require including a kettle and tea/coffee making requisites. The grounds are extensive and appear to go around most of the hotel

Perfect hotel, enjoyed everything from communication with staff to the room itself. Room was clean and nice, had kettle and you could make your ow tea or coffee. The breakfast was very tasty and the view from bar as well veey nice:)

The first room we had was terrible it had the worst sewage smell so if you put in 403 ask to be moved! They seemed to know about it as they had no arguments about moving us as soon as we complained we were instantly moved to a bigger and better room

We booked room only but on the second day decided to have breakfast albeit at 12 euro per person it was extremely expensively priced. The reality was disgraceful, fried egg scraps floating on a tray of greasy cooking oil, sloppy scrambled egg, dried up meat dish, ño fruit. 12 euros for a cup of coffee and 2 rounds of toast.

The view from the room was very good.
