The staff seem very disinterested in actually serving you or helping so getting anything is like pulling teeth. Food isn't anything you would want to eat for more than a couple of days and the area is pretty uninspiring but for the rate and location we didn't expect much else anyway.

A pretty standard Ramada/Wyndham style hotel - does what it says on the tin. Views were nice enough, room was comfortable.

Pool area could do with more attention, looking a little tired and needs cleaning more regularly....cushion covers etc Inside cocktail bar wasn't open so drinks only available at the pool bar....could do with one more member of staff on duty. Food not served anywhere in the hotel between 15:30 and 20:30 which is really bizarre! We arrived and went down to the bar around 16:00 starving after our flight....but no food available! Never known this in a hotel before....missing a trick... even if only snacks available would be better than nothing.

Room was very clean with an amazing view of the sea and town. Hotel was quite quiet which was a bonus. Lovely breakfast with all options catered for. Pool area was quiet so always had sunbeds available. Secure car park available but probably not needed as plenty of parking nearby. All public areas inside were clean and tidy too. Staff very friendly, even with our limited ability to speak Spanish :) Walking distance to the port, downhill going and uphill on return taking around 15 mins. Supermarket within walking distance too so very convenient location.

Breakfast terrible. Eggs were cold both mornings, toast took 3 goes through the toaster until toasted properly. Tea and coffee from machines were horrible.

A couple of sunbeds on the terrace would have been good (only dining chairs) No indoor restaurant at lunch or dinner (it was very windy)

Good location with fantastic views Nice pool, plenty of sunbeds We stayed in a suite, very comfortable with a huge bed, well equipped bathroom and a wrap-around balcony. Nice bed linen and fluffy towels. Great choice at breakfast, lots of gluten free options for me. Big tick! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The only thing I think could be improved was to have air conditioning in the corridors and restaurant in the hotel. There was air conditioning in the room, which was excellent, but there was no air conditioning elsewhere.

We loved this hotel. The staff were so helpful. I had booked an adapted room by mistake and even though it was my fault, we were moved and updated without any problems. The breakfast was delicious and catered for all preferences.

Restrictions on food, funny timings and no flexibility. Bit frustrating when you have teenagers who want to eat all the time.

The location was difficult if you have walking difficulties as the hills to the port area and beach are hard to walk Feel that’s it’s slightly over priced per night for what it is Room service they never answered the phone after trying 3 times and reception never answer to ! Only down side Not great at making cocktails as unsure of ingredients and no passion making it
