The apartment is perfect! Clean and modern too. There is also an air conditioner and the staff is so kind and helpful. I really recommend this place. Not even far from the centre of Barcellona.

The air conditioning was a little dirty. My advice to the facility is to install hangers in the bathroom and at the entrance of the room. We had trouble finding a place to hang our towels and clothes.

Central location was ideal. Very close to train station, seafront, etc. Good to have coffee making facilities, fridge etc. Light, airy and functional.

They have two hotels, so I took a wrong my hotel at first, but it wasn't a matter. They followed me up with chats.

The owners provided me a great facility as worth of money. I was especially pleased that they were gentle and quick responding. The location was nice due to nearby a beach and convenient going to city center.

The entrance was tricky. The most obvious entrance straight to the main street was not the one I had to take. But the staff was quick to pick up the phone and guide me in. The studio had a strong diffuser smell. I removed it from the outlet and it was fine. The bed could be more steady.

Location was great Close to the train station, metro, carrefour express, the beach, cafés, ice cream shops, restaurants... The place was very clean and the kitchen had all the utensils to prepare a quick meal. Good size of the studio. The lighting was amazing, you could select different options to create your favourite mood.

The smell from the toilet, but as I understood it is not only a problem of this accommodation unit but in general in this region. The owners are trying to find ways to eliminate this problem so you have a lot of space fresheners in the bathroom plus the ventilation. You can keep the ventilation on all the time and you have solved that problem. Additionally, the shelf with wheels in the bathroom looks worn (rust), so I suggest you to replace it because it spoils the impression of a really great accommodation.

Excellent accommodation, metro and train that go to Barcelona at a distance of 3-5 minutes on foot. The apartment meets the needs of the family, refrigerator, air conditioning, kitchen utensils. There are many bakeries, shops, restaurants and even beaches nearby (if you come in the summer). Easy check-in, independent with instructions, safe neighborhood - for every recommendation.

I loved the fact that the place was so central to everything and only 2 mins walk to the beach, the room was exceptionally clean and well equipped! Staff were amazing, super friendly and extremely helpful and welcoming! Had such a good time, I’m going to book again next year!

Sady there is no facilities to wash or dry clothes but we managed just fine as we had enough clothes to change often. If you have enough clothes this won't be an issue.

The staff were great. We were welcomed from Nadia who was kindly allowed us into the propery. Then Diana looked after us to make sure we had freash towels and changed our beddheets regularly. Diana very kindly guided us to the amenities, shops and events around the area. The location is great and there is a number of supermarkets close by which we used to buy differnt foods from, as well as other traditinal shops with more specialised range.

Some comfy chairs to relax in and a lower table would be great. Matress felt a little umcomfy.

No place to dry our clothes.

Great hotelito with great service. We found everything needed(Kitchen, refrigerator, iron for clothes with its table, cleaning stuff,..). We put our luggage after checkout, very thankful to Diana. The localization is near to the beach, the train station and the metro.

We did have a few problems finding it on Apple Maps. Turned out the post code on Booking.Com was wrong. Some friendly street cleaners helps us out and took us to the hotel. It was ok in the end, but this could be changed on the address details. Other than that. Nothing.

It's location was smack in the middle of town. Brilliant to go out in the evening. We really liked it. The staff were wonderful and helped us so much with a few problems of logistics when we had to leave. Without their help it would have been a very different experience.

Accommodation was clean, kitchen dish was in good condition. Hotel is situated on busy street so it is a bit noisy but nothing to be scary of. The best connection with Barcelona center is by train R1. (R2 to airport)

Climbing the stairs to the room. Having to cover the drain, in the shower, to prevent the sewer gas smells from coming into the room. Far from airport and train station. A small item was no English channels on the television.

Decorations were very nice. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked very well. The shades were able to block out as much light as you want. Staff was very good. Close to the beach, restaurants and stores.
