Lovely and secure with keypad lobby entrance. Great apartment with comfy bed, good shower and all necessary essentials for the stay. Kitchen would enable people to cook meals. if they wanted. Great location near cafes/ restaurants/ beach/ train and metro. Easy access into Barcelona on train or tube.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable but that was a very minor complaint.

The studio was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The high ceilings also made the room feel very spacious. It's very close to the metro station and you can get to most sights in Barcelona in around 35 minutes. We also liked the area of Badalona and spent some time on the beach and going to nearby restaurants.

Some more amenities for cooking for courtesy like some oil or salt would be nice , having in count people travel if you want to cook something you need to buy a lot of supplies

The pillow was very flat, but it's more a personal preference.

The room looked beautiful, easyly located and clean. Had almost everything we needed (some of us missed paper towels in the kitchen). Breafly met the hostess, and she was wonderful. We had great stay, loved the fact that it was so close to the train station.

I stayed in room no-4 facing main Street so weekend nights were very noisy. If you sensitive to noise it could disturb your sleep. Otherwise it's a lovely place

Everything was good, only one thing spoiled our holiday. In the last day , we scored about the time difference. I thought that it was still 10:15 in the morning, but it was 11:15 we had to vacate the apartment at 11:00 My friends went out to buy water for the road, we were going to go to the airport. The cleaning lady came, I tried to say that we would leave in 5-10 minutes. That I was getting dressed, she started yelling very loudly at me. I do not know Spanish and tried to explain that I need 5-10 minutes to get dressed but she did not stop screaming, as I understand it, she insulted me very much, I am not a dog to yell at me. At the same time, she informed the hotel administrator that we were still in the room, although she know (see) that I dressed very quickly ..The administration called my husband in Ireland. Woke him up on his day off. Only to told that we need to move out and she was not even aware that the cleaning lady was yelling at me. The administration thought that we were not in the room, the cleaner know that we were going out soon and still contacted the administration. That's just terrible. The cleaning lady ruined the whole holiday and the whole impression of the trip. Since she screamed very loudly, I cannot recover for a very long time. Stress from what happened ruined the whole holiday

Even there is an AC with heating function, because of the location of the device the sleeping area could not be heated up easily, however in the kitchen area was already pretty hot. The street below was very noisy until late night/ dawn.

Everything was ok, no problem to access the hotel and room (all codes provided day before), room very clear and comfortable, there was also beach umbrella and beach towels provided. Localization was perfect, close to train station and metro and close to the beach, restaurants etc.

ground floor apartment so had roof terrace above with skylights straight into the terrace at night when people were on the terrace , you could hear them and also see them ( although the glass was obscured ) any movement on the glass was very noisy above the bed in the living area parking is a nightmare but that was more about the whole town rather than the property. at least a ten minute walk to find free parking - paid parking very expensive at over €25 a day

perfect location in the town centre - easy to find and with great facilities in what was essentially a really small space beach and seafront is a two minute walk away

One bed in one of the both rooms has squeaked at every move. The terrace is just open to the top. What we did not care, because we were there business and used the apartment just for sleep.

The apartment is functional and furnished with the most necessary needs. It was clean and quiet. There's a terrace, where u can smoke.

I like that it has the feel of a hotel but the convenience of an apartment. It’s small so not many people coming in or out. It is conveniently placed near the beach and near to shops/ restaurants/ places to eat. It is very clean and passed the bare foot test!

The apartment was lovely and clean and it's proximity to both the beach and the metro were fantastic. The aircon was wonderful.

* the toilet sit was absent at the time of our arrival. Was fixed next morning though. * the location is very central, thus quite noisy until the night (0:30-1:00). Old and partially not working window frames are not helping here either. Make sure to have at least pair of ear plugs * the worst for us was the state of the air conditioner: it was working, but blew air with an unpleasant smell. When we looked into the device, it was obvious, that it was not properly cleaned for quite some time, and thus contaminated with mold. During our state we had to take pills, as we are allergic to mold. But if you are not allergic as we, or won't use the air conditioner, then this shall not be an issue for you. * small issues with the shower * bed: quite a disaster. too small for 2 persons. The mattress is too soft and thus bends too much, which is uncomfortable and unhealthy. Hint for the owners: don't advertise your rooms as for 2, or replace the bed with the proper 180 cm double bed (and a proper hard mattress). Overall makes an impression, that someone had a great idea of the design, but did not have enough money to make it properly. They should have better invested in quality beds, replace the windows with the modern ones, and clean the air conditioner often. An expensive night table out of marble does not fix more obvious issues.
