We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SpainThe room was super tiny, especially for two people, but I guess you get what you pay for (considering Sitges is a super popular tourist place and we got a room for two nights so close to the water for the price we paid, we can't complain). But for readers of this post, just expect that your room might be a little small, and the bed might not be the most comfortable you've ever slept on (not a bad bed, but just not super comfortable).
The location was wonderful, literally when you step outside you're in front of the coast. Also, the staff were all wonderfully polite, friendly and helpful!

SpainThe exterior of the building is beautiful and it’s on the sea front. Great art in the lobby/bar. Lots of character & old world charm. The room are functional, comfortable and clean. The staff are very warm and friendly. If you are a light sleeper I recommend ear plugs.

SpainToilet flush didn’t work well. Hot water from the shower doesn’t work always. We couldnt figure out how the heater works, it was cold.
Close to the beach and shops, lovely staff, nearby the bus and train station. We were able to check in earlier and also stay for a half day more.

IrelandThis a small hotel and therefore the rooms are not very big but having said that we had a balcony overlooking the promenade and beach just across the road. The castle, restaurants, shops and bars are all is just nearby. A really lovely location and perfect to experience the centre of Sitges. I loved sipping a wine late at night on the balcony just watching all those strolling with their dogs.
