The pool is surrounded by trees so can sometimes shed into the pool, and the location (not their fault) was slightly out of Toledo old town - around 10 euros in a taxi it’s good to know though as the majority of restaurants etc were on old town.

The cleanliness is incredible, and the staff are fantastic. Although there was a language barrier, they really tried to accommodate and appreciated when you tried to speak Spanish!

Getting just a coffee in the morning was not an option. It was either buffet or nothing. Also, there are no cafes in the vicinity (at least not in the morning).

The first night we got a room in the direction of the parking lot and the restaurant. During the night, the car alarm was constantly sounding, and crowds of people were screaming in front of the restaurant until the early hours of the morning. The wifi didn't work. After this experience, we asked for a room change, and it was granted. The second night was fine. There are no electrical outlets at the beds. Although the booking advertised accommodation with a pool, it was out of order...

After being pushed to check in online to make the process easier for us, it wasn't. We arrived a little early (1430) to be told our room wasn't ready, only to see several other arrivals checked in immediately. There may have been a genuine reason but it didn't feel good. The pool was closed for refurbishment (Late May?) and as we didn't want breakfast there was no facility to get a coffee until 1100 when breakfast was over. A few of the staff seemed somewhat aloof, very unusual in Spain.

Beautiful views and excellent facilities, the hotel was easy to find with ample parking. It was a short walk to a bus stop to access the city centre.

Not much, the main car park above the property as you enter doesn’t have curb appeal but once inside the hotel its what you would expect. Comments about being a little tired and bad room soundproofing are correct but didn’t spoil our stay. The only issue we had was with the room safe, we wasn’t offered a room safe key so assume you need to request one, ours didn’t work and needed changing more than once.

All the staff we came into contact with were super, nothing too much trouble, always with a smile. The tapas and drinks in the bar were fairly priced and good value for money. The breakfast was varied and should cater for most tastes.

The bedroom are ok, not really twenty centuty style but ok, the mattress and pillow not so comfortable. The food at the breakfast wasnt so good for me, but they have gluten-free product and this is really welcome!

The location is ok because is what we wanted, something far from the center but this can be a problem if you dont have a car. A bit old sckool style Hotel but not bad, is ok if you are travelling with family too.

Easily accessible location with large carpark near highways and not so far from Toledo center (if you have a car). We enjoyed the comfort of this 4-star hotel with a spacious room and bathroom and a view of the Toledo skyline.

Swimming pool was closed (not surprising for the time of year) but was very dirty. Even though its closed it would be nice to look at clean. Chair on the terrace would have been nice.

Nice sized room with a view of Toledo. Breakfast had a good selection and goes on till late. We also had dinner in the hote one night and the food was very good.

Food was very bland, Saturday evening meal was a buffet where quantity trumped quality. Nothing was terrible but we would not have paid 30Euros, for it. Half board rate was reasonable but not exceptional. Breakfast was better.

Check-in took a while as there was only one person managing reception and he was conducting a lengthy phone booking. Not his fault and I guess it’s due to low season.

The property was clean as was the room. Bed was comfortable. I had no problem parking at the hotel.

The rooms are very noisy and I can here the person from the next room very clear. Anything he do I can hear him even the alarm of the neighbor. Any phone call u can hear perfectly like he is in your room.
