Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Ireland1. The room fridge was an old drinks fridge and did not work. It did not keep beer cool, milk fresh or food from deteriorating. It also was missing its shelf... 2. The occupant in the adjoining room was rather disruptive at night from 2-4 AM. Playing music and holding loud conversations after normal curfew hours. He also continually smoked cannabis which invaded our room through the open veranda door (left open for fresh air). He should have been requested to abide by the curfew and narcotic laws or leave the hotel.,

PolandShower cabin felt really shakey, and you couldn't close the door fully - the water was falling out the cabin. The room could use some more table-area. There was only 1 tiny shelf for the kettle, coffee and tea.
Clean and comfortable enough for a low price. It's a 2 star hotel and I had low expectations, which it exceeded by a bit. Easy check in and check out, good air conditioning unit. Very good location. Highly recommended!

United KingdomThe only downside was the fact that the bathroom is big, with a lot of area where there could be more hooks to hang towels, and the shower floor was very slippery when you were getting out. Also our room, 403, the temperature of the shower fluctuated from scalding hot to cold, and then somewhere in between so you had to be very careful. Also a grip to help you get out of the shower on the wall would be useful. In the bedroom, a second bedside table would be useful as we had 2 beds and only small table to put things on. apart from that, it was excellent value for money.
The location, size of room and balcony terrace was great. Value for money excellent. Cleanliness and friendly staff all excellent.
