In general it was great but few things could be better for a 4 star hotel Parking : it was the first time we came to Tenerife so we didn't know the first day but its quite overwhelming to find a parking place. When you wake up at 3am + 4hplane + 1h15 drive you expect that you can park smoothly and unload the car - instead we have turned around during 20min to finish to park 20min by foot from the hotel with a small child and all our suitcases to push back to the upper part of the city. When you know for the next days then you are prepared and its smoother but when the hotel told us before we came that they will help us with parking i was expecting much more than try to find a parking place here or there. Isolation: we were hearing often noises from the street at night and mid week the room above us Breakfast was great but dinner could be better. There were lots of choices but it was not so fresh in comparison of lots of restaurants cheaper in the area They have done improvement about privacy with the bathroom (shower and toilet- from comments we have seen) but it wouldn't be bad to still replace the glass door with a plain door and the bathub is fully exposed Swimming pool could be also warmer especially when you come with children (1 pool was cold and other mild)

Twin bed for a couple and slightly tricky at times to find a parking space but minor issues.

We first holidayed at this hotel last November - a good winter sun break but, alas, the sunloungers’ backs had all broken and been screwed down. This meant lying on a hard plastic sun lounger, which was completely flat and without any cushions. Fast forward to this October and the sun loungers haven’t been replaced. I’d like to lie by the pool and read my book in the sun but sadly it wasn’t comfortable. Lots of moaning from all the guests with the hotel saying they are in dispute with the manufacturer. Because if this, and with regret, we won’t be returning.

To noisy since our room was above a very noisy street. Toilet is visible from outside of the bathroom, I need more privacy than this, even if only my wife would see me on the toilet.

One of the staff seems to have a reputation, even among the staff, and he greeted me in rather "matter of fact" way - a bit as if I (coming in from hiking and camping with a big backpack) didn't belong here and couldn't afford a hotel. The glass walls around the bath are... a choice. Even if you're there with your significant other, you basically can see them sitting on the toilet. Just saying... There's no waste bin in the room and the beds are partially on wheels. These are all very minor issues and I'm only mentioning them because this is a 4 star hotel. Otherwise everything was excellent.

With very new and clean rooms, this was a really pleasant stay. YMMV, but for me this hotel is also very well located, only two minutes from the bus terminal and at the entrance but still outside the main tourist area. Staff was also very friendly and helpful - oh and they have a laundry service.

One of reasons I booked my stay in the hotel was gym and it turned out that, the only one machine in the gym is broken and it was not fixed during several days... My room was not very well cleaned, tones of dust under the bed and some hair in the bathroom. I saw cockroach in the dinning room

You can hardly see the ocean from its balconies. Not easy to find a parking spot especially Friday and Saturday night.

Please, do not book a room facing the busy street! ( I believe it is considered a mountain view). The view you get is actually an old, gray graffiti coloured square, where often special types of people hang around. On our first night we were woken up by someone screaming his lungs out there. On top of that, the street is the main exist for a lot of the buses coming out of the bus station. This creates a lot of noise. The cherry on top is that you also have the trash bins located on the same street- expect extra sounds at the collection times. Breakfast is not worth it. Find some local small cafes to enjoy really fresh food for the fraction of the price you pay in the hotel. Also the hall, where the breakfast is served, echoes a lot. Around 9 the staff begins preparing the tables for the lunch/dinner and the hits of the wine glasses are really not the effect I was after during a morning breakfast during my vacation. Regarding the rooms; great ideas, but poor execution. Things were very rushed and not thoughtfully made. Water was coming out of the shower and damaging the floor. I give it a few more years, before this turns into a mold nightmare. There are a few other things that made an impression.

Warning, a picky visitor and reviewer here. The location of the hotel itself is convenient - you end up at the heart of the city, so you can be calm that everything of essential need is around the corner. Overall, I made the reservation given the previous reviews on Booking.com. For me that was a bit misleading, as I did have slightly different expectations. Most of the staff was nice and welcoming. We were going on an excursion very early in the morning and I asked to take a coffee before the breakfast even started. They allowed me and I was happy with that. I do think this is a nice place to stay if you are on a budget and do not demand too much. In any case, please set your expectations right.

Breakfast was a big disappointment, it was a buffet breakfast with a good choice but much of the hot food was actually cold. Porridge was cold and we had to reheat in a microwave. Pancakes which were freshly put out on a tray were cold. The orange juice was not fresh or from a carton it was so sweet. Cafe con leche from machine was awful! The maids tried to get in our room several times at 8am and so woke us up, we were only staying the one night and checkout was between 7:30 and 12pm !

Rooms with mountain view, windows facing the road side so some loud car noise at night. Room hygiene and wifi still need to be upgraded.

Great location, close to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. The staff was also very friendly. Breakfast was varied and very tasty.
