Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyOur room was too small for two people—the distance from the bed to the window barely allowed us to open the balcony door on one side, and it was the same distance to access the wardrobe on the other side. With the open suitcase it was hard to move around the room. Everything you could do there - come and lay down on the bed. There is no air ventilation in the bathroom, so there is a kind of accesive moisture smell there.

Excellent location and very nice hotel. Pros: nice rooftop terrace with pool, large bathroom with all the necessities including robes and slippers and friendly staff.

Modern and clean hotel. Lovely rooftop with an amazing view of the city and nice little pool to refresh in the summer months. Good location only a short walk to La Rambla street and to the subway that can take you down to the beach. Plenty of good restaurants near by for lunch and dinner. Reasonable breakfast at hotel. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Would stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean & cool. The interior has a sleek and stylish boutique hotel vibe. The breakfast offers a wide choice of foods including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options in a welcoming room that feels like home. The rooftop bar is quaint with a petite pool to cool off in. All in all Hotel Midmost is a wonderful place to stay in wonderful Barcelona!
