It's got dearer over the last two years. But so has everything else.

This our fourth stay and we love the place. Staff so friendly,beds so comfortable. Can't fault the place. Big thanks to Anna from Iceland who never signed out of her Netflix account

Nothing negative to mention. For some people, the lack of a bar & restaurant after 17.00 might be a negative, but wasn’t an issue for us, in view of the many nearby establishments at the marina. There was also the option of stocking up from the nearby supermarket and enjoying eating on drinking on the lovely balcony.

Very modern, clean, spacious and comfortable apartments in an attractive setting. The pool & sunbathing area was immaculately maintained, with a large pool and plenty of sun loungers & parasols. It was also very tranquil and relaxing, and a delight not to be pummelled by the usual barrage of music! Location was also great - just a short hop across to Rubicon marina, and a gentle 15 min walk to the excellent Playa Dorada beach and 25 mins to the many bars & restaurants on Playa Blanca waterfront.

Quiet one bedroom apartment with kitchen facilities and small balcony catching the evening sun overlooking the pool. There was a cafe for snacks during the day and breakfast was also served in this room with door opening out to the pool area. The hotel is well positioned to access the promenade which runs for quite a few kilometres in both directions. Grace at the reception desk who checked us in was a pleasure to deal with and friendly and helpful with advice on what to do and see during our short stay.

It ca be quiet in the evening maybe bar open a little later. We paid 15€ to use safety box for the week.

Everything to include location, value for money, huge apartment with well equipped kitchen, big bedroom and spacious bathroom. Entire hotel extremely clean. Lovely swimming pool with lots of sun beds. Grace and Albert were extremely friendly and helpful at reception Close to the Marina less than 5 mins walking and lovely walk to main town and beaches by seafront 15 mins approx walking. Market with local crafts ever wed and sat. Free parking outside front of hotel would recommend hiring a car.

Only when we arrived early to check in and they filled my daughters water bottle up but said I had to go to the bar to pay for water to fill mine. It’s seemed petty and stupid when I had been travelling since 3am. I would have reviewed this as a 10 if this incident had not happened.

It’s been refurbished to a high standard. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Pool was never too busy to find somewhere to sit.

The snack bar closed at 5pm . We would have enjoyed an occasional pre dinner drink there if the bar had been open.

_ the cleanest hotel that I've ever seen. Thanks to all the people involved _ big apartment _ the staff was so nice and always available _ good position close to the marina and playa dorada _ in my opinion this is the place for value for money in Lanzarote.

I'm not sure if it was peculiar to our apartment but neither of the wash basins (in the bathroom and the kitchen area) had plugs that stopped the water running away - so we used a glass bowl to capture the water and to wash in. Only a minor issue though.

Very close to the marina - which has a good choice of eateries. A lovely pool, loads of sun loungers. The front desk staff that we met - Alberto and Grace - were VERY helpful and friendly.

Asked for a late checkout with plenty of notice but it was a flat no and on checking out mid morning gate keys were taken away

Lovely resort, great location with marina on doorstep or 20 mins walk into town

There was nothing to dislike about the location, we were met by the hotel receptionist and he explained everything available around the resort and if you also wanted to travel further afield

The breakfast was beautiful and plenty of food was available, the location was also beautiful and the marina was amazing.
