Unfortunately they forgot to put a cot in our room. Which was a nightmare as we arrived late at 11pm and the manager on duty (who was great by the way) managed to get the cot to us by midnight with one very tired/upset baby. I did mention to him that there was ants all over the bench & the kettle didnt boil to allow us to make the babies bottles up. He made a note of this but unfortunately nothing was done as we continued to have to tackle the ants (which wasnt ideal when trying to keep sterlised bottles clean!) & had to pan boil water everytime.

2nd time staying here, first time as a family. The pool area was great for our 9 month old as the artificial grass gave him an area to play & the pool was warm enough for him to go in too! Location is perfect for access to the marina and a nice 10/15 minute walk along the sea front promenade to playa blanca.

Just a little more detail to cleaning. Quite a few hairs in the shower and corners just need a little attention. Found some rubbish under the sofa but in general very clean.

Perhaps because it was so early in the season, the pool was exceptionally cold. It did appear slightly warmer by the end of our week. A separate pool for children would be an advantage. The snack bar closed at 5pm and there was no where to have a quiet drink on the premises after that time. There was no restaurant on the complex after 5 pm.

We arrived earlier than the official check in time and were pleased that at least one apartment was ready and the other two followed fairly quickly. The complex is very well kept. The pool was cleaned nightly and the general appearance always clean and tidy. The rooms were cleaned 5 days a week. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and, perhaps because it was early in the season, all was quiet at night. There are plenty of restaurants close by at the Marina, enough to suit all budgets. It is a fairly lengthy walk into the town centre but there is a very attractive promenade to aid the hike. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and it is a complex we would have no hesitation in returning to or recommending to friends.

Pillows were lumpy. But bed was comfortable.

Great location next to the Rubicón Marina which had nice restaurants and bars. Nice well stocked apartment. Big shower. Lovely pool which was very clean. Plenty of sun-beds around the pool. Quiet at nighttime. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were very lucky as we had a great view of the pool which was appreciated greatly.

I would get a top floor appartment next time, as the noise from above was really loud.

The shower was very dangerous and good easily scold a child. The water was going from cold to extremely hot. Very disappointed when we spoke to head of maintenance! He didn't give a dam and brushed it off like it was nothing. We stayed in room 137. Hopefully, no child is burned when having a shower, we could not control the temperature of the water even when on the coolest setting but hey didn't go on holidays to have freezing showers.

Lack of semi-skimmed milk at breakfast!

Apartment was spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly. General atmosphere was very relaxed and stress-free.

Deadbolt didnt line up with door frame because of additional draught excluder fitted to door frame. Patio door lock didn't work, makeshift hook and loop fitted. Sewerage smell from bathroom occasionally.

Great location, comfy bed, nice and quiet, no loud music from pool area.

Cleaning was sporadic and poor. Cleaners attended every other day as stated but service was often incomplete. Bins not emptied, bathroom not cleaned. Not all of those on same day, but always something left not completely done.

Didn't like the pillows bar could be open later and food apart from that everything was fab was in room 136 got picked up from hotel on 13 May at 445 bt taxi terrible driver on his phone texting and falling asleep at the wheel said he d been working since 6 am very scary appalling

The bar closed too early at 5pm. It would be great to have facilities for a drink in the evenings before or after dinner.

Beautiful pool area. The rooms were well equipped and very comfortable. They were decorated in lovely calm colours. The location was great right beside the Marina. The staff were very helpful and accommodated any request we made.
