Food very limited for vegetarian, usual poor choice and cold. No salad bar. Lift broken when leaving for airport at 4am, not good with limited mobility.

The hotel is a bit old and needs some renovations. The location is next to arenal beach, very busy and more a party spirit. Don’t recommend for families. Bathrooms were broken. Beds were super uncomfortable and felt like they were about to break.

The beds were bad, they made noises when sleeping, the rooms were not insulated as you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. We asked to change the room, but this was not approved. We went out in the morning and I locked the room door, and when I returned in the evening, I found the room door and the balcony open. Fortunately, I did not lose any of my belongings, but I find this to be a great negligence. The staff apologized for this. The food was a varied open buffet and the service was good, but I wish they would take more care with the dinner food, as the chicken was sometimes not cooked well.

The location was very good, the staff was friendly, and the staff in the canteen were also friendly.

Everything about the stay was nice the only issue I would say was the food was nearly the same every day with limited variety. The usual chicken nuggets, chips, pasta and occasional paella. Apart from that it was a good stay and the staff were really friendly.

Staff were helpful and friendly rooms were clean and the location is great only a short walk to the beach and you can find most shops nearby.

We booked all inclusive but the alcoholic drink were limited to 3 drinks per person on lunch and dinner. And also there was always queue for the drinks as well as for the food. Pool has all the beds in the shadow all the time and only chairs were on the sunshine side. Except of this very nice experience.

Hotel has perfect location near the beach. Nice rooms with balcony, also shower was big and all the hotel is very clean. Stuff is nice and helpful. They cook good meals.

1. The space was not very spacious. 2. There was damaged furniture. 3. The walls were inadequately insulated; we could hear our neighbors clearly. It was challenging to sleep due to their loud drinking and talking around midnight, at 1:00 AM. 4. We didn’t have a fridge; it would have been a good feature to add. 5. We didn't enjoy the quality of the buffet, from breakfast to dinner. We felt that the food wasn't always fresh or well-cooked.

1. Great location: We are close to the beach, restaurants, transportation, and bars. 2. Cleanliness: Good cleaning; we always received fresh towels. 3. Sky Bar: This was unexpected for a 3-star hotel. A very good feature with a DJ, a bar, and a beautiful view of the city. 4. The room: We were fortunate to have a room with a sea view from the 7th floor.

Rooms are awful they dont look same in pictures. beds are too small like 1.7m and there is nothing to do in hotel except pool which is small and only open from 12 to 19h.

The dining room is quite small and the layout means you have to queue and get all of your courses at once. The rooftop pool and bar is advertised as open 18.00 - Midnight yet opens at 8pm. It's a same you cannot access it in the daytime.

You do get what you pay for. We went as a couple for a short break. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly (bar one!) The reception staff were great, cleaning staff and in particular Jesus (bar staff) and the lifeguard we called Neymar were brilliant. The food is repetitive and there's not a huge selection but you will not go hungry. It's in a great location easy to access the beach, restaurants, bars & buses etc.

Our only slight criticism would be that tea and coffee could be available to help yourself from the machines rather than having to go to the pool bar each time. We weren't really fond of the ambient music.

Really lovely staff. Spotlessly clean. Food quite good. Very comfortable beds. Very convenient for airport. Really lovely orange or lemon water available all day.

state of rooms, single room was really small, absolutely no parking in that area and food was same every day, but still i got more than i paid for, value to price was supercool.
