Bathroom was very uncomfortable (room 1202). Huge bathtub took most space. Toilet in very tight corner, knees almost hit tub and hanging towels touched our heads (we are normal 1.70 m tall). Very small shower space inside huge bathtub. Low ceiling too.

All staff was super welcoming, very helpful, really fantastic. Excellent location, comfortable beds, great breakfast. Room 1202 had beautiful views.

The only thing that wasn’t good was the noise from other rooms. There’s clearly no sound block plasterboard or acoustic insulation in the stud walls between the bedrooms. If you’ve noisy neighbours you won’t get much sleep.

The hotel was great. It’s in a great location for accessing the city centre and stunning marina. The breakfast was fantastic, and all the staff were friendly and always smiling.

The food at breakfast was nice from what we had, however I thought the selection could have been better considering the size of the hotel.

Amazing view of both mountain and sea/dock. Large room with a balcony, in the very centre and lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel. The staff were super helpful for my boyfriend’s birthday, they brought dessert to the room and were excellent at making it special for us! Really worth the stay!

Nothing I loved every bit in the hotel.

I could say this could be by far the best hotel in Alicante. The hotel is really easy to find or get to once you get to the city from the airport as the hotel has 26 floors its nearly impossible to miss. The check in/out was a breeze. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious having a sofa and a chair. It had a big t.v. The bed was comfy. The shower and toilet was clean. There was free toiletries provided with a hairdryer. There was a luggage rack. The closet was nice and big enough to hold 2 persons luggage. There was a safe in the closet. The views from the room were stunning. Loved the breakfast every morning. There was something different and had a selection of cold cut meats and hot foods. Loaction of the hotel was near to coffee shops, restaurants, tourist attractions. On the 22nd flood there was a rooftop bar with stunning views of the city.

Lifts can be slow. Only two for the hotel. Not great view from breakfast room.

Once inside the property everything was laid out well. Nice furnishings. Fabulous view from the restaurant/bar 26 floor Great views from our room on 18th floor Breakfast was very good plenty of choice.

The doors need soft closers. Everytime a person left or arrived the doors slammed hard. We could hear doors slamming sideways, above, below, just everywhere.

Staff were all lovely. Bedroom super comfy. Views and sunlight on a high floor were great.

The beds were rock hard, if you like a soft bed like me then prepare for aches and pains! No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The lifts were pretty slow but it wasn’t a big deal. There was a horrible sewer/drain smell in the first room we checked into so we informed reception and they moved us to another straight away.

Location is great. Easy to reach from Alicante Airport by the C6 bus. Staff friendly. Great choice at breakfast and served between 7.30-11am which was perfect for us. Nice bar and restaurant at the top of the hotel. Lifts to all floors by using your room card. Our room was adequate with balcony overlooking the sea and marina. The room had a fridge which is a bonus.

Only minor disappointment was they couldn't provide me with an iron when required, as I wanted to iron a shirt before going out on the town.

Location was spot on, walking distance to everywhere. Huge tall building so easy to find. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice for all tastes. Reception staff very welcoming and polite. The room we were in had an amazing view of the castle. Great views from the bar on the 26th floor.

A few minor nibbles - the room tv was mounted on a rotating bracket so you could watch it from the bed or sofa but unfortunately the mounting was worn (?) resulting in a tv dangling at a jaunty angle. No information leaflet in the room as provided by most hotels for things like reception phone number, WiFi access or general hotel info. This also includes the minibar …. We had a sheet with prices etc but the fridge was empty. I queried this with reception in case room service had forgotten to fill it and I would be charged for all. I was informed simply ring down if you want anything … why isn’t this stated on the printed price list? Also, room had kettle and two cups but no tea, coffee etc …. very strange!

We booked a room overlooking the marina and castle and also had a balcony. Unfortunately as we could not access the room till after 3pm it was too cold (late December) to use the balcony. The reception staff were fantastic, it was my wife’s birthday that day so they organised complimentary chocolate puddings to be delivered to our room which was greatly appreciated. Location is fantastic being right in the heart of the main city and right across the road from the sea front; the castle entrance is an about a 5 minute walk away. Room was comfortable and the large windows allowed in plenty of winter sunshine and warmth though the room air con kept us very comfortable.

Lifts are slow only one working.Bar area small no comfortable seating..but worth it for the views!Bit of a smell at wardrobe area adjacent to bathroom..didn’t put our clothes in wardrobe as a result!Would put me off coming in summer months when smells are more intense!
