Room was no larger than a cupboard and was very claustrophobic. Window did not open nor AC worked. External bathroom was cramped and smelly from previous user. Invasive cctv around property almost voyeuristic. Reception entry/exit arrangements odd. I went out and outer door locked and keys didnt work.

The bathroom qas really really small but always very clean

The properry was in prime location and it was clean with really helpful staff. Our flight was later on in the day and they allowed us to keep the luggage at the reception while we went and explore the last few bits of the city.

The room looked nothing like the photograph. It was run down, a light loose in the wall. The shower was impossible to regulate. One second boiling hot, the next cold.. It was very expensive for what I would consider student accommodation.

- from the moment we entered the room we noticed lot of dust and hair on the bed and pillows, on the furniture and on the floor - when we entered the room it just smelled like a bathroom - at any time you can hear everything that's happening in the other rooms or at the reception - I wouldn't say it's a good location because you can hear everything from the street for 24h - it's a crowded street and the building is not isolated - is was very cold in the room - when the cleaning person was cleaning the room the only thing that she did was to throw the garbage. we were out of toilet paper and she didn't replace it with a new one - as you can see in the pictures the room looks much worse than the ones presented on booking - for example you can't proper sit on the toilet since the distance between the toilet and the wall is way to small and the toilet wobbles (is no longer fixed in the wall) - it takes around 5 min until you get hot water - wifi gets interrupted every 15 min - we stayed also in a 4 stars hotel, for the same money, at 7 km away from center of Madrid and you can easily go there with public transport in 25 min - so the location is useless with no investment from the owners - until they don't renovate the whole place, they don't deserve our money.

My room was near the reception and there is a lot of loud talking at the reception going on all the time when the reception is manned...

Shower was very good, location of the hotel excellent, had practically no problems at all.

The windows looking out to a Brickwall although apartment was cosy it could have done with new bed sheets mattress protector and pillows I feel it let the room down.also I had to call booking.com to get details of how to get in to apartment.also I know washing machine was their but where do you dry clothes?. Great for 1 night.

It was dirty, very dirty. There was so much hair in the room. I asked them to clean it again and they did, but there was still hair everywhere and dust. It looks nothing like the pictures.

Everything else. The main door was all the time and was difficult to open. The staff was not nice. The room was as small as egg. Same with the bathroom (was outside the bedroom). The AC didn’t work.

There is a smell of mold at the entrance to the room.

Clean, tidy bedding. Just.. sharing one blanket with a colleague was not particularly good. The staff is great. We arrived late in the evening, but were welcomed very kindly. The location is very good, the center is right there, within walking distance.

I'm in a room situated right next to the lift and there are heavy doors adjacent to the bedroom wall, and I'm being woke up every 20 minutes by someone either entering or leaving. No one is at reception and I've messaged to ask whether I could switch rooms however no response. Thankfully I'm only here for 1 night.

The bed was very uncomfortable, was "slept through" so it felt as though you were sleeping in an inclined position. The elevator makes a noise, so you hear it every time someone uses it. Because of the central location, you hear a lot of the outside noises.

The room was tiny and so was the shower cabinet. On arrival I had to wail for an hour outside because check in closes between 1.30 pm -5.30pm. When contacting the person in charge about it he was extremely rude.

everything. the hotel was very bad. staff are not cooperative. there was no air condition. the bathroom was really weird with separated roofless shower place and separated toilet. there was no sockets for the power adapters to charge our phones!!!!
