Couldn’t fit into the bathroom… I am 1m75 and couldn’t fit properly … I came for work and no desk was available in the room.

I got a room with a 'frozen glass' window looking out on a tiny internal courtyard that didn't give much light. The room is quite basic which is fine but the appearance is a bit depressive. The walls are thin so you can hear people talk in other rooms.

It's a hostel so noisy, thin walls, and you can hear everything but it's cheap so what do you expect. If your lucky like us it was OK but it you were unlucky enough to have noisy neighbours I should imagine you wouldn't get much sleep.

The bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied, not nice, but not the end of the world. Could've done with a bath mat for when you get out of the shower. Walls are a bit thin, and people can be a little ignorant, talking loudly in the corridor, you can hear everything. All in all, you get what you pay for and thought it was very good value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

Location was great, car park across the road, close enough to the restaurants and bars, a few minutes walk to the port. We were only staying one night. The room was fine, thankfully with double glazing so you couldn't hear much from outside. The guy on reception was friendly when we arrived.

Hotel just had no facilities and the room and bathroom had very little space to move around in it.

Good location and air-con (very important in August in Alcudia), very clean and well serviced with free car park opposite.

Room was clean other than the sink which could have been cleaned more. Bathroom was tiny, toilet immediately infront of the sink. No showers to use once checked out, only a toilet. No bike storage room, but there is free luggage storage room.

Great location and good value for money as a budget option hotel for private rooms. Reception staff were helpful.

Just be aware that the bathroom is quite small and some maneuvering may be necessary for getting in and out of it! But we expected that from other reviews, so no complaints. We did have a broken blind that wasn’t fixed (all daylight coming through the room + could see into the hallway window), but we told them about it last-minute and might have been away or asleep when the mechanic came by — we put a do not disturb sign on the door while we slept so I’m guessing that’s what happened. The staff were very friendly and helpful so we probably just needed to remind them / tell them sooner!

Fabulous location, great recommendation from the staff for bike rentals. Clean and comfortable.

Noisy young people who return from the cafe at night interfere with sleep. Good audibility. There is no teapot . In my room, leaving, it was necessary not to forget to close the door to the balcony, because there was a low partition between the balconies of another room. Everything in general is good, I liked it.

The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. It didn’t cool enough the room (just a bit), it was more like a big fan though. I checked and verified I was using it correctly: funcion was set to “cool” and I set up the right temperature. It just didn’t cool enough. I really got mad because the cleaning staff of the hotel waked me up by violently hitting the door in the morning. I was deeply sleeping!!!!! I told them what was going on, he just wanted to know when would I leave the room and reminded me the check out was at 12.00 (as if I wasn’t aware of it). I was working the night before at the events industry, that’s why I came here and that’s why I had already planned to leave the hotel at 12.00. No need to WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!! Also no “do not disturb” signs to hang on the door.

It was confortable. Location is good. The rooms are super simple, it’s great to stay a night or two.
