Centrally located, close to all main attractions. The place was extremely clean, safe and comfortable for a family of 4. Would recommend and go back in the future. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I had problems with the access key and I couldn't enter the room (they are deactivated relatively easily) they solved it with the 24-hour telephone at reception. It doesn't have breakfast, but there is a bar very close with good pastries and coffee ;)

Clean, confortable, near fira Barcelona. Spacious, with lots of light, perfect if you are traveling as a family and want to stay close but not give up comfort. Also comfortable for work trips since you have a spacious table. You can see a video of the apartment on my IG: @mercarbajo

The apartments were renovated about 10 years ago and we felt that there were a few details that would help finish the job. The closets lacked shelves at heights that were useful and one bedroom had a hanger rod that was way too high, so this needs more thought. Nothing that really marred the stay though.

This property is in a very good neighbourhood and well situated for transit ( metro is next door) and the buses run right by the front door. The street is a wide elegant avenue with good stores (grocery nearby) The staff were very accommodating about directions, advice to getting to other places, etc. The rooms were quite adequate and the beds were comfortable. We cooked the evening meals there and the kitchen is well equipped.

I stayed more than I week and they gave to little toilet paper. The elevator was old and some people left the door open in their floors that block it for usage

In addition to a self-check in, you also need to go to the front desk and complete additional formalities. However, the staff member, Julia, was very friendly.

I like to keep the place clean while I am there and the provided cleaning supplies could be a bit better and more. When we asked, we were provided (again by the very friendly Julia) with an extra dishwasher tab and some bin bags no problem, but I think providing some more of these items to start with would be great. The cleaning cloth in the kit is really not great as it barely absorbs.

We were greeted by Julia who was very friendly and welcoming. We were a bit early and she inquired if the apartment happened to be clean already and it was so. We would have been happy to wait, but it was really nice to get in early and get settled.

A great place. The check in staff was simply great. The apartment is clean, spacious and fully furnished. The location is super nice. The metro stop is just a few steps away but we also walked everywhere. Highly recommended.

Great apartment close to plaza d’espanya. The apartments are big enough for a couple, kitchen is well equipped and beds are very comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely use this apartment again when in Barcelona for work.

Can hear sounds from outside! Windows do not cancel out the sounds from outside so its quite difficult to sleep at night. But everything else is perfect

The location is great, very close to the metro therefore easy access to anywhere! Apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything you may need!
