The downside if the great central location is it’s noisy at night past 3 o’clock, although the windows were pretty soundproof but impossible to avoid. Our aircon made some weird noises but worked, we advised them upon leaving so hope they can fix it.

Great location on an atmospheric street full of terraces and vintage pubs, around the corner from Puerta del Sol, connections and other neighborhoods really close. Hotel nice, renovated, clean, staff really friendly, beds very comfy.

No plug sockets beside the bed or at desk. Loud at night because of partying people on the streets. The bathroom got flooded after shower even with carefully closed door kits.

The room and bathroom were clean. The mattress and pillows comfortable. Air con worked well. The location very appealing for both culture and party tourists. Staff friendly.

Everything was as advertised, only dowside was that due to the great location in the very proximity of all the bars and restaurants, during the weekend the street is always busy and all the noise can be heard in the room, so earplugs are a must for a good sleep.

The hotel feels a bit old, is on one of the highest floors in the building and the elevator (only 1) is very slow, and is always full, expect to use the stairs a lot. Room can get a bit of outside noise at times, but this is a given as it's located right in the city center.

The staff was the highlight for me, they were very helpful, very friendly and gave amazing suggestions to visit (they even gave us a map with their own notes!) The hotel is also very well located, right at the center of Madrid. Room was comfy and clean.

There is no breakfast - but in fact you can solve the issue in the coffees near the hotel.

Location is very good, near the city center. Rooms are good with all needed amenities, just a bit small. I warmly recommand it!

Heating and ventilation system are not too good.

Tiny, modest room with a bathroom in a great localization and very nice and helpful staff. It was OK for 2 nights.

too few plugs for charging devices. the building key is hard to unlock

very helpful staffs gave us maps and highlights tourists attractions for us. the hotel is near several restaurants and bars, as well as plaza de Sol with a metro station. It is also within walking distance from several tourist attractions. The room was big, very clean and comfortable.

I travelled to Madrid for a job interview, ahead of time I contacted the property if they had ironing facilities. They confirmed that they do. At the spot, I got to face the fact that the property indeed has an iron, but not ironing board. My suggestion to the property to buy an ironing board.

The location of the property is great. It is very central and easy to get around. The daily cleaning service is a good bonus. I recommend this place for short stays.

The key to the front door didn't work. We had to be buzzed in everytime, even asking forna new key. The driver suggesyed was double the cost of a uber. The walls were very thin. Bring earplugs

The sound insulation, in contrary, it's the worst you can get.

The location is clearly the best you can get in Madrid. It's literally a few steps away from Puerta del Sol.

Hard to locate when you arrive the first time especially in the evening. Best would have been to have some indications. Tip for improvement- having a kettle for hot tea water in the room would have been also nice. Otherwise good place.

Too noisy dud to the pub downstairs, they are loud and noisy till 6 AM!! Won’t let you sleep unless you hva e earplugs. Bathroom too small, the opening door hit the bathroob ball rim and does open only hlafway.

Perfect position proximity to every where you must see. Also clean

Although it has double glazed windows that lock out most of the nearby noise, the locals are still partying at 6:00 am. Made sleep a little broken.

The location is perfect! Right near Sol, restaurants and in the lively part of town.

The AC did not work the entire time we were there. It was extremely hot in the room, despite the AC being “on.” The bathroom is tiny and the sheets seemed to not be very clean upon entry (dirt/hairs present).

It is located in the centre of Sol! A minute walk From the train station and tons of shops/eateries. The staff are really friendly and the place is kept clean. Was definitely an enjoyable stay :)
