The USB charging did not work in our room. The elevator is a plus, but really small.

Clean, spacious private room. Remodeled nice. Didn't have an old feel. The area downstairs was a plus. Good tapas and beer. The air conditioning worked great.

There wasn´t enough place in the room for 3 people to be around or for the luggage to be placed out of the way.

Great location in the center of Pamplona. I was walking the Camino de Santiago so it worked perfectly for me. The bar down stairs was tops and had vegan options. I would highly recommend.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town on a bustling pedestrian street famous for its pinchos (tapas). We arrived at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon and the place was full of lively chatter. At time of booking, I had asked for a quiet room as we were walking the Camino Frances and needed to sleep well. They gave us a room on the 4th floor facing the back and it was absolutely silent despite the noise out front. There is some sound heard through walls but that is normal for most hotels. It was the perfect location to explore the old town, the bull ring, Hemmingway's haunts and sample the delicious food of the area. Excellent value for money.

Shower leaked on floor and I notified management but did not hear back. Room had no table lamps and overhead light was bright.

Location was great. Right near Camino. Room was large and quiet even though it was over a bar. Room was very basic but met our needs.

I was brought up to leave a toilet in the state you found it. Not providing a toilet brush makes this very difficult. Some hooks in the bathroom and in the bedroom would be useful. Was a bit noisy at times.

Location in the old town. It was good value for money. Room was cleaned daily.

Building work going on upstairs so noise from just after 8. Should be finished soon though.

Nice sized room and comfy, right in centre of city. Great amenities. I stayed in the annex flat opposite the bar. WiFi was good.

There has been a mess with the code of one of our rooms, luckily a member of the staff has been able to solve it. Anyway it has been all ok

The hotel is situated in a very cosy position to visit the city and it’s near to a lot of locals and shops. The room was very big and fitted out with all the necessary, included a very clean and big bathroom. Th check-in on line is a very effective procedure

The window was towards a small inner space of the building where the restaurant from downstairs was keeping some of their supplies. It was a strange view but in the end, I was not visiting the city for the view from the room. Also, the room could have some improvements when it comes to the furniture, shower and cabling.

Nice location, in the city center and on the most popular street with bars and pinchos places. Clean and well organized.

I was billed twice for the room but I worked it out with my credit card company. The room does not really have a window that looks out on anything which is OK

This is the perfect room for one night if you are planning to walk the Camino Santiago in the morning. Being above a busy bar I was worried it would be noisy but it wasn't.
