There was no kettle. Bathroom facilities were very limited to body and hand towel, bath mat, one small soap and one small body wash bottle (20ml) for all the time I stayed.

It's very closed to the city centre, it's in a quiet place, good amount of sockets in the room and bathroom. There were no lockers facilities, but that I knew already.

I didnt like so much the thing that they didnt have locker for the stuff because when we did the check out we wanted to keep our things in the hostal for 2-3 hours but we couldnt because the woman that worked there tild us that she is not all day in the hostal.Also when we arrived in the hostel we were waiting for 15 minutes because the stuff wasnt there...

The thing that i liked more was the location because its in the center so it is very close to enerything.

This place is no hotel. Expect no hotel facilities or services. The owner will show up to collect payment and provide building access at a pre-arranged time. If you don't arrive at agreed time, you must contact owner by phone and wait out on the street until owner is available and ready to let you in. Owner is not located within premises and appears sporadically during office hours. Very low capacity water heater and air conditioning unit. Prices are comparable to more conventional lodging offerings available in the area.

For check-in there was nobody, although I arrived timely and I let the host know the time of my arrival the day before. I had to call a phone number and then wait for 20 min for somebody to come and let me in. The host only speaks Spanish, but is very nice and tries to be helpful.

Great location right at Alcazar and walking distance to all the other sights, clean room with a comfortable bed, desk and wardrobe, bathroom. Daily cleaning of the room. If I come to Toledo again, I will gladly stay there again.

The price was double what we have been paying elsewhere and the room only half as good. It may be we were unlucky to arrive in Toledo on a holiday weekend but nevertheless the price was eyewatering. Also there is a very noisy roof top nightclub very close by which goes on until 5am making sleep on the top floor difficult.

The staff were great the rooms clean and the location is central.

The worst place we have been to in years. Let’s start with the price: 100€ for a double room one night. Extremely cold room, the heating was hot air conditioner. The shower didn’t have enough pressure, and it was really hard to turn on. It was like a string of water. They didn’t allow us to leave the luggage there for a few hours when we left. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The only good thing was the location.

Terrible communication. You CANNOT drive close to the property and parking is a nightmare. There are a couple pay car parks nearby, and if only someone would warn you and give you the name of which one you should navigate to FIRST, before setting your GPS to the property, you will save at least an hour of intense stress and aggravation. I understand if the hotel wants to cater to a more local clientele, but if it chooses to use a booking site like this one, and draw in international visitors, please communicate that your staff only speaks Spanish and will be therefore unable to help you when you call, totally lost, and stuck on a tiny, narrow street. What an experience. My husband lived in Germany for three years and never had a driving experience like this. BOTTOM LINE - TRAVELERS - Find out exactly what car park you are going to use BEFORE entering town and go straight there. Make sure you have a small case with your essentials and leave the rest in your car and walk from there. HOTEL - Update the site and address the parking situation- give the names/addresses of car parks and advise that no one will be available to communicate in any language other than Spanish.

Location is good. Very central and within walking distance to many wonderful attractions. Clean and secure.
