The beds are comfortable enough for adults, while the couch that extends to a bed would be most appropriate for the kids, teenagers.

The owner was an absolute delight to deal with. Very nice, prompt and reliable in communication. The apartment has an excellent location, a stone throw away from the center yet still in a quiet street for relaxing. The apartment has everything one could need for a stay ( all the facilities listed), is clean and homely. The owner welcomes you with water, beer, coffee and milk, while the toiletries are all also available. 10\10 would recommend without a doubt.

Our family of 4 spent a week in this apartment in central Valencia. The location is very convenient, everything you need is literally in a walking distance. The apartment is tastefully and practically furnished, also the kitchen is well equipped. All was very clean. As we always travel light we also appreciated that washing machine was available to us. The host Vicente is very professional, friendly, always ready to help/ or share tips where to go or what to see. It was a pleasure to communicate with him. We would not hesitate to come again. Top!

We loved everything about our stay at the property. The flat is in a central location in a lovely neighbourhood with every main attraction at walking distance. The host met us at the property, showed us around in details and was exceptionally welcoming and nice. He gave us tips and advices for our stay; also checked with us mid-stay that everything was going well. He was available for any questions and prompt in his responses. The flat was clean, cosy and spacious with all the facilities you might need, from hair dryer to iron. Everything was in working order. The host provided us with complementary bottles of water and drinks. We are happy with every aspect of our stay and we would definately recommend it! Thank you for making our stay special!

Nothing to mention Well, before the we worried about the fact that there are 2 beds - but they were already arranged together to make a double bed and it was really comfy as a double bed

The place is lovely and location great. Host was great - we got a lot of tips for what to do and where to find things. He checked in from time to time to ask if everything's ok and if we need something. Really great stay. Also there was everything we would need - dishwasher tablets, loundary washing liquids, shower gel + coffee, tea, oil, salt etc. I recommend

We liked everything. The location was great, 5-10 min walk from all the landmarks in the old city. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with all amenities needed. There was an AC unit in all the rooms. The host Vicente was as if he was an old friend of ours. He was very hospitable, friendly, helpful in all aspects. He gave us maps, explained everything. We had a very late arrival and he waited for us. He also escorted us to the taxi station on our way out. Kudos!

Super hygenic, very well equipt, extremely cosy in a great location. The host was very welcoming and helpfull. Everything is organised to make things easy for guests, such as coffee, water and a local beer in the fridge and other basics for selfcatering such as oil and herbs.

The location is very convenient, the city centre is within walking distance as well as the metro and bus station. Large supermarket and good bakery a few minutes away. Honestly one of the favourite places my partner and I stayed during our now four month trip through Europe. The apartment actually feels like a home and not a rental apartment. It is very well equipped with everything you need. For us, who likes to cook, it is a God send to have a fully stocked kitchen with multiple pans and pots. And a sharp knife! Crazy how rare that can be in vacation rentals. There is a tv, two solo beds that can be easily combined into one. The whole apartment was very clean. The host gave us great tips for our stay. Would 100% recommend.

Everything! This is one of my best experiences ever. It's a beautiful building, fully renovated, elegantly decorated, fully equipped, and very comfortable. Location is highly strategic, and as a bonus, there's a little Juliette balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy a quiet street in Vanecia. The host is also extremely kind and thoughtful.

Would be hard to beat.

Handily located in the old town. Easy walking distance of the supermarket, art gallery & Turia river bed gardens. There were a couple of bar/restaurants just round the corner although we usually went further afield. Vicente was a great host and messaged us with helpful information throughout our stay. Once again although we didn't have time to watch the TV there was a selection of channels including netflix and other premium streaming services. The fridge was left with a selection of beers and wines and also spread and milk. There was also a supply of coffee for the machine. This was a nice touch as we could have a coffee without having to go out to the shops first. A great lesson for others to copy.

It is a cute litlle place ...nice for a weekend get away. A homey feeling with all the soft lighting and lamps around. It was also located on a quiet residential street. Amazingly complete facilities from a coffee machine, toaster, blender ...It has a unique design and a cozy ambiance to the flat. Best part is the owner who is helpful and very friendly.

Nothing it was close to perfect.

Beautiful, traditional apartment and very well equipped. Really lovely and well positioned in the old town of Valencia. Apartment was spotlessly clean and the owner, Vicente, left items in the fridge such as water milk butter etc. Vicente was so helpful and showed us good places to visit and eat. A true gentleman. Breakfast was recommended at Nou Dorita for pastries, pies, sandwiches and very nice coffee, only 2 minutes from the apartment. It did not disappoint. It was lovely. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. One of the best I have stayed in.

This is in a prime spot in the middle of El Carmen. You can walk to all the main sights in a matter of minutes but at the same time it’s quite quiet. Vicente the host is very helpful. He met us at the apartment on our arrival and gave us lots of suggestions for sightseeing as well as helping us get our bearings. While it’s not a 5 star boutique hotel, you have everything you could possibly need including a fridge stocked with milk, water and beer. Would highly recommend. Very good value for money!
