My bedsheets were not changed for the full week I was there. There was a stain on it so I could tell it was never changed. Room was infested with hundreds of mosquitos for one night. Had to get spray off the reception and cover my room with it.

The room cleanliness was really poor - Cleanliness is expected in all types of accommodation and not to mention that this is a 4 star hotel The room was outdated and needed renovations, especially the bathroom There was a weird sewage smell at random times The room walls are thin - We could here people from the other room snoring at night There could be at least water included during dinner ( We had to pay extra for water during dinner )

The main problems hotels have in this area is due to high humidity, therefore some things rust faster than normal or this hotel uses doors that are not suitable for bathrooms.... Our first 2 nights were not as great as we wanted and our room didn't meet our expectations mostly due the same fact. The bathroom was awful, super rusty, old toilet seat and terrible smell, worn out door and bedsheets had a dirty spot BUT they offered us another room which was perfect! So I would say there is a lottery. If we remember numbers right, then 134 was wonderful and 234 awful.

-Super kind and friendly employees, we felt like a part of a family and it was tough to say goodbye to them! btw Most of the employees can speak freely English and German, which is a HUGE plus. -Super cosy area with a beautiful and spacious swimming pool. The water temperature was always refreshing:D -If we take into consideration our 2 part of the stay cleanliness was on high level everywhere. -Breakfast and dinners were great. For breakfast, they offered different things, which was nice and I could always find fresh and not less important tasty fruits! Dinners were amazing, especially themed days, huge thanks to the chef! -We felt that there was enough space in the room to move and store things)) -The conditioner was working by us perfectly by the way -We wouldn't say that the beach is super far away, it's reachable and if you are super lazy, there is a transfer!

Low points: - Food: Breakfast is ok, but not special. We had lunch one day in the restaurant a la carte but was not worth it. Very few options and Burger bun was kinda cold. Because of not so good experience with breakfast and lunch, we decided not try the dinner (€20 each buffet). - cleaning in the pool area: We felt that the pool area, although mostly clean, was neglected at times. Some people would leave their glasses and bottles on the sunbeds, and it would stay there for the whole day. Staff seemed to only collect the trash in the evening. - air conditioning: I saw many reviews mentioning the poor quality of the air conditioning and they were right. It does not get cold in the room. We did not ask to change rooms because it seemed to be a problem in many others as per reviews. - Location: Although it was not that far from the beach, it is kinda a walk. Not a big deal though. - Not a complaint but a funny situation: we ordered some cocktails from the pool bar and when asked for a straw, the bartender said they no longer use straws there and offered us a “SPOON” instead. Hahahahaha I politely said no without making further questions. Overall, the low points did not interfered in the great experience we had at Garden Holiday Village hotel. But it would be amazing if they fix the air conditioning issue and improve in the food aspect.

I’m so glad we chose this hotel for our 6 days holidays in Mallorca. The hotel style (two floors houses, like bangalôs) and its landscape gardening make the perfect place to rest and enjoy your time. The swimming pool is extraordinary, it looks like a tropical lagoon surrounded by palm trees. The fact that it’s an adults only hotel, allow you to really relax and enjoy the calm environment you are looking for. Very different from the other places around with tall buildings and loud music. The staff in general is super friendly and helpful. As our flight would be at 9pm, they allowed us to extend our stay for a couple of hours and charged a very fair price. This made all the difference for us. The room and bathroom are spacious and modern. They have live music at night but nothing disturbingly loud. They also have some activities during the day, like aqua polo, pretty fun. They have a couple of interesting facilities like sauna and tennis court, but we did not use them. Cannot recommend this place enough. We had such a lovely time over there.

Do not order Pina colada at the bar please! Our air-conditioning broke and dirty water was coming out of the wardrobe. The hotel did not have any room free on the day but moved us to a different room the next day, which we were very happy about.

Room service: 4 days nobody really cleans our room. They just set up duvets and exchange towels. Floor, bathroom -not touched during our stays. AC is not powerful enough in the room.

Very friendly staff, nice pool, quiet area ( after 10-11pm). Food is generally good and tasty. Good service in restaurants. Evening entertainment could be more interesting.

Beds - Beds were comfy however 2 single beds were just put next to each other to make a double bed, it'd be great if they can figure a better way of putting together a double bed.

Staff was superb, we were treated very well by the hotel and the staff! The pool and the whole site are wonderful, everything just like in the photos, maybe even better! The calmness of the site was also a great plus - so it is a literal adults only hotel situation!

On the first night our air conditioning did not work properly, they provided us with a fan and fixed the next morning but it was still not great and still had to use the fan. The breakfast buffet was ok but would have expected more for a 4* hotel.

The room was a good size and the hotel itself was in an excellent location, very peaceful and only 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The hotel did provide a shuttle to and from the beach twice a day which we took advantage of. The pool was a great size and never felt busy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
