Not really a true 5 star hotel, the road to the hotel is very poorly designed, very hard to fit 2 cars. No nearby stores for anything either, bar closes early, bag of chips at the hotel 8 Euro

It's a good hotel, it's a Hilton and so you know you're going to get something decent. We stayed a few nights and the family suite is very nicely fitted out with good facilities. The hotel is clearly something that was operated as another hotel at one stage and it appeared to me that Hilton had refurbished most of it over time or when they acquired it to meet their brand standards. Not really anything to complain about at all. My comparison is only towards some of the more rural hotels / fincas on the island which I would say are inherently prettier / more authentic stays but would recommend anyone who is looking for a branded hotel to look at this one.

Some of the pathways were in need of repairs but grounds beautiful. Drinking water should cost less as a necessity.

However to be a complete 5 star hotel there are some things to be addressed. We were upgraded to a king suite in the “Residence” building, but it was a suite with no plates, bottle openers or glasses or basic cutlery (even though it had a full hob). There was also no toilet brush in the bathroom. There is also no room service so to get any of this we had to collect from a bar. When our room was cleaned the staff took our old towels and forgot to replace with new ones. Also the finishing of some of the units in the suite was not good. Finally, this hotel was bought by Hilton 2 years ago and some parts show signs of this - they have not been updated and look much older than other parts. I would also add that access to the ‘Residence’ building is limited, requiring you to walk through another building, get a lift from level 7 to level 0, walk down some stairs, across a small lobby area, up some stairs and into your room. This was ok for us but for older or less able people this might be a problem.

This is a great hotel and the staff are very friendly, food very good and the pools were great. We particularly enjoyed the adult only pool area. The bed was very comfy. We would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break.

I would be grateful for free bottle of water in the room.

The room was perfectly located in front of pine trees and the sea side. The beds are very comfortable to sleep. There is new furniture in the rooms and you feel very cozy there.

€50 deposit per night is strange, but did get refunded quickly after checkout. Drinks and food pricey go to Peguera. Soundproofing is a problem in club rooms can hear guests above and if it rains then drainage is really loud. We were moved by Juan when we reported it for a 2nd time. Music from bar played outside all day until 1am can be heard in main hotel. Can’t control own room temperature so we were cold.

Loved the hilltop location gorgeous views of the sea. Communal areas sparkling clean. Breakfast staff very attentive go extra mile Vivi Victor and Nataly welcomed us and were so friendly. Enjoyed the Crepes, omelettes, Prosecco, and jams. 2 double beds very comfortable. Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. In room plus - Coffee machine, handheld steamer & large tv with hdmi port. Car was useful to go to Peguera and other ports for dinner as shuttle finishes early at 5pm. If something missing just ask but you may have to ask twice depending on who you get at reception. Thanks Raul and Joel for helping us move rooms.

There were kitchen smells in the corridor near the room but they did not affect us in the room. The early checkout, even in low season (10 am) felt sad, I could have enjoyed more time after breakfast.

We visited for two nights to celebrate our Anniversary. The room we were given was ground floor with a balcony. It was a good-sized room with a comfy bed. The breakfasts in the morning were exceptional. I loved being able to find healthy choices, green juices, fresh fruit, etc

The food in restaurant was not excellent. One day the fish was really poor quality and poorly cooked, on the other day meat was over-salted.

The interior and facilities were excellent. The stuff was super friendly, the person on reception Xavier was extraordinary professional. The bed was incredibly comfortable and especially the pillows. We really liked the hotel grounds and the sounds of the birds.

The suite was not clean. We found candies under the sofas. We were also very surprised with the 50 euros deposit per night .. for such a high standing hotel.. it is abusive. Room service is excessively expensive, to plan a quiet dinner at the balcony. We arrived with our 1 year old baby and the staff did not even suggest to give us a baby bed.

The pool was surprisingly tiny for a facility of this size and the towel policy was primitive to say the least. There was a storm and a blackout that left the whole hotel without electricity for almost a full day! When asked the staff did not even know what to do about having no light in the room with a kid who was scared and they did not even offer a measly torch nor candle!!!

The front office & concierge was amazing! The rooms were spacious and elegant. Breakfast was delicious. The gym and spa were great.
