It would have been nice to have a Nespresso/coffee maker in the room. Other than that, everything was great.

The ocean view room was standard size however the balcony was nearly twice the size of the room, with a small table and chairs along with two full sized lounge chairs! The view was stunning!

Though one can easily get coffee in one of the nearby restaurants, a coffee or tea maker in the room would have been nice. TV screen in the room was very small. To watch a movie, it was easier to watch it on a device (tablet, iPad). There was a funny smell in the bathroom and in the WC near the reception desk, potentially related to a plumbing issue? The cleaning staff kept fighting the odour using room perfum spray, but that only lasts so long. Soap and shower gel were provided in ecological dispensers, but body lotion or any other toiletries were not. Just as a thought, many hotels in this price category do offer the range of toiletries. None of the above was a big deal, but it stained the overall impression a bit.

Very good breakfast, and all buffet options were available during the entire breakfast time until the very last minute. Very friendly and attentive staff in the breakfast room, cleaning the rooms, and at the reception desk, etc.. Exceptional location with beaches, shopping opportunities, restaurants, and the old city centre, all in walking distance. Rooms with a sea side view have indeed a very nice view. WiFi was working very well in the room, and speed was sufficient to allow for glitchless movie streaming, radio, etc.

Our air conditioning did not work. It thankfully wasn’t too hot yet and we just kept the windows open. If it had been hotter this would have been a huge issue. I also didn’t like that you couldn’t charge bar items to the room. The breakfast is chaos and not good.

Our room was gorgeous and faced the sea. We had chaise loungers on our balcony which was great for tanning and relaxing. You can just open your windows and hear the waves. The rooftop is also gorgeous although the bar wasn’t open yet when we stayed. The front desk staff was very nice. Parking is an added bonus.

We stayed as a treat for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The staff were lovely and made us feel really special. It was clean, well organised, very calm. Lovely facilities -great breakfast selection. I particularly enjoyed sitting outside watching the world go by the seafront! Great location.

We was offered a free upgrade to our room which came with a balcony view over the sea front and a bottle of bubbly with fruit. The room and bed was very comfortable the addition of a small fridge was appreciated. The breakfast was ver good with a massive variety to suit most tastes. Gated car parking was secure and very close to the hotel.

The walls were paper thin.

The room was clean and towels soft. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, didn’t need a car to go to the beach or food store. The view to the beach was beautiful!

Swimming pool could be open earlier - possible to swim before breakfast and cleaning in the bathroom could be a little bit more better - residue of the mould around the bath are not very nice.

Holiday hotel on the sea promenade, directly in front of the sea and beach with beautiful sea view. Service in the restaurant one of the best I ever experince - chef de rang (head waiter) Antonio was excellent and all the staff conducted by him provide super service. Excellent food - buffet dinner and breakfast with big variety and especially dinner different every day. Heated swimming pool with warm salted water compensate impossibility to swim in the sea during pre-season period.
