Good location, friendly and helpful owner, cosy and clean apartment

The room, especially the bathroom, is very small. The glasses, coffee machine could use some cleaning. I didn't feel welcomed, it was just a place to stay.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to the city center, shops, restaurants and beach. The building is very nice and clean.

I stayed during winter and it was quite cold at night but the bed covers were not sufficient, so maybe the property could provide more in the future.

Cosy and affordable accommodation within walking distance to the city centre, beaches and main bus station. The host was easy to communicate with and provided good instructions of how to find and access the property. Fast WiFi.

Could’ve done with two pillows each on the bed. That is my only gripe. Also a small apartment which is brilliant for a weekend but we were there for seven days so did get a little bit cramped. No one’s fault just a point of note.

It was very central for what we wanted to do. Very easy to get into Heaven Sea was very accommodating. It had a little mini fidget and microwave and a Nescafe machine which was ideal. It was very clean and tidy shampoo and conditioner provided which was very helpful because we only took hand luggage and extra toilet rolls. Also, if we needed. there was space to hang your clothes up and also to put your suitcases under the bed, which was very helpful.

The apartment was really small, it looked much bigger on the pictures. We could see that everything is new, But for example the Tv was not working, there were no tv channels and also the wi-fi had some problem, because it didnt found any wi-fi, So we couldnt connect.

The location was good, in a quit street near the City center.

Minimal natural light (ground floor with frosted windows to an inner laundry-drying area); incredibly thin walls; odd checkin process; no toiletries; the place felt like if they had invested just 10% more on the shower/furniture, it would have been great

This place has 6 rooms and walls are made of drywall. Sound proofing isn't the best.

The hot water would just run out after 5 minutes, which was very inconvenient. The view from the window was poor as well.

The cleanliness of the modern appartment, comfortable beds and the location close to the harbour and boulevard. The easy check-in and the appartment is conveniently located on the first floor.

The only minus was that the room would light up quite alot when the lights in the hallway turned on. This goes for sound as well, as we could hear very clearly when other guests walked by and were talking outside. But it didn't bother us that much since it was very calm at nighttime during the quiet hours.

We had a great stay at Heaven Sea! The bed was very comfortable and the check in and out was very smooth and easy. The room had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The residence was also very close to the city centre and the Luceros tram station, so transport around Alicante was very easy. The facility is very fresh and clean, and very beautifully decorated as well. Big plus was the wonderful help we got from Daria, we could always contact her if we needed anything and she was very service minded! We had a little problem during our first day and Daria was very helpful, solved the problem fast and gave us a nice gift for the trouble as well. So that was very nice and really made us impressed with her and happy with our choice of staying at Heaven Sea! Overall a positive experience and I would recommend it to others!

The room was too small and the views were to an interior terrace so the views were terrible and air flow and lighting were non existent.

Air conditioner, comfortable bed, clean, nice shower. You can check in at any time as it's all done remotely by the owner.

The towels smelled like cockroaches. I would have preferred a room with bathroom inside but at the time of my booking, the only one available was the room with private bathroom outside the bedroom. That was a bit inconvenient. There's also no signage outside that says it's a hotel. It's not even on Google Maps. You have to use the address rather than the hotel's name to search for it.

The place was generally clean overall. There's peace and quiet in the property and location. It's close to everything you want and need to go to. Most of all, it's close to the bus station.

I was asked to contact on Whatsapp without any explanation. I wrote them to ask if there is a problem, but they did not respond at all until I arrived to Alicane. This is stressful as you are not sure if you will have a place to sleep in the end. Unfortunately, it is about a month since I have asked for an invoice first time. By now I sent more then 10 requests that are ignorred. I have also contacted booking support team. The owner ignores the customers and the law.

If you do not expect to have any contact with the owners/administrators or to get an invoice, it is a quite nice place. The location and price are good. The decorations are ok and everything is working.

I booked room 5 at Heaven Sea, it was a very large room with a balcony, a wonderful bathroom, the room had a coffee machine and a kettle. The apartments are modern and are just after renovation, located near the sea and restaurants, and there are many shops nearby. Everything is thought out for a comfortable stay, very clean. The administrator is friendly and always answered all questions.

When I took a shower the bathroom was flooded because there wasn't a shower box in the bathroom.

Very nice hostel in the centre of the city. The administrator Dasha was very polite and ready to help at all times. Easy bus access from the airport. There are many supermarkets in the area.

I had a few issues with the apartment such as the boiler being very small, which means you only get hot water for about 5 mins. I had to switch off the water to maintain the hot water levels in between shampooing my hair etc. The heating system was also not working properly, it was chilly when I stayed, therefore, some extra warmth would have been appreciated. They offered to send someone to fix the evening before my departure, which I declined. In the original small room, there was a tiny kitchen area with a sink. In the larger room, there was a bigger kitchen area but no sink, so I had to wash up any items in the bathroom sink which was quite small for that. Be aware that this place is listed as a B&B on Booking.com, which it definitely is not. It's basically several small individual rooms, so whenever anyone comes and goes you can hear everything, I was sitting in bed leaning against the wall and when someone closed the front door I could feel the vibrations on my back. The location was ok, Alicante isn't too big but it's about a 15 minute walk to the older part of town.

Communication was excellent with the lady who looks after the apartments. I had an issue with the apartment I had booked, it was very small with no place to sit. (I found the photos to be misleading on booking.com.) She was able to communicate with the owner and they were able to change my room which was great. The new apartment was a much better size, very clean and the bed was comfortable. TV had Netflix.

The check in process was a bit of a problem. As an overseas visitor at that stage we had no WiFi or internet connections our phones and were relying on the room WiFi. On arrival to check in at property we had no idea on how to enter the building or if we even were at the correct place with no signage for this property. We eventually, by making international phone calls, managed to get in contact with the Booking administrator, and after a lengthy process, was able to access the room. My suggestion is that a few days, prior or on booking the property that instructions are given to the person as well as made aware that Wi-Fi and WhatsApp will be needed to provide the pins and codes to enter the building on the day of arrival , I understand one cannot do that beforehand due to security reasons but if we had known, we would have organized some Internet connections on our phones. We were hoping to use the Wi-Fi in the room but obviously that only became available once we had checked in. Besides that all was fine and throughout the stay entering and exiting was no issues and we had no problems there after
