The apartment is in an excellent location and has a lot of character. The reception staff were super helpful and quick to respond when we arrived early. They unlocked the front door for us, so we could leave our bags. The place was clean and well equipped. Also loved the roof terrace. The train station to the airport is a 10-minute walk away and there is easy access to the centre of town via the Metro. The area itself is nice with lots of restaurants, bars and shops plus Sagrada Famila is about 15 min. walk. Would definitely stay there again.

The only complaint would be being locked out of the main bottom door at 5.30am with no way of getting in. We tried to contact the emergency number and was ignored. Nobody would reply. Luckily we remembered we had met another resident of the apartments and had their contact number so had no choice but to give them a call to let us in at 5.30am. I can’t imagine they were buzzing but we didn’t really have a choice.

This was a ground floor apartment on the corner on a very busy street so if you are a light sleeper you will never sleep. I asked for a higher floor if they had a lift but they never answered me, they do have a lift. This company is the hardest I have ever worked with on Booking.com. They will not let you pay through Booking, as I always do. They told me my credit card was not good, it is always good. I had to call the U.S. and I had to call Spain, all of which cost me. If they want the business that they get from Booking.com then they need to use Booking.com's processes.

The apartment was good sized with a beautiful terrace on the top floor. Good location if you only want the Segrada Familia area. We were lucky that we were able to get into the apartment early in the morning since it was vacant the night before. We called the office number and luckily they answered immediately to give us the code to enter.

Despite it being the first photo on listing, there was no access to pool, it was locked. This should be made clearer in the listing. Hefty 300€ damage deposit to pay before you arrive! The rule (and sign in the kitchen) that if you don't do your dishes and take the bin out they will charge €50 for having to. Appreciate it's to cover inconsiderate people but it's a bit much. It's supposed to be a holiday. Be respectful and tidy up but taking the bins out and the threatening message is a bit much. There's no lock on bathroom door Location isn't too central if that's what you want, it suited us as we enjoyed getting the metro Be ready to climb a good few flights of stairs, fine for us but worth being prepared

The WiFi based door locks were a bit tricky at times

We had three balconies which was fab, and the town we were in was very nice, local coffee shop really good and mini market literally 5 mins walk, also metro stop five mins away so perfect base for exploring Barcelona

The noise in the communal area of the building was quite loud.

It was a nice clean place. We were given a nice welcome pack and the facilities were good. Keypad access was also very good.

We asked for fresh towels halfway through our stay and this request was ignored. An extra hand towel for the bathroom and tea towel for the dishes would also have been appreciated.

It was a good location, a little bit out from the centre but it was nice and quiet. The apartment had everything we needed and was lovely and spacious. The elevator was very handy too as we rented scooters.

I had booked a flat with Balcony it said, but I got a ground-floor flat, which has quite a lot of street noise in the night/very early morning from renovation trucks (2 out of 3 nights...). The two single beds in the second room are very narrow, but that was not a problem as the main bedroom had a nice large bed.

Good location in a residential neighborhood, nice layouted and overall a well equipped flat. Would come again if I could avoid staying in a ground floor, street-side flat.

Pretty challenging to get in initially, especially with no WiFi on the day the deposit was required, despite us already having registered and paid. The solarium wasn't open for most the days we were there, the pool had no water in it (altho it did in the photo) and there was toothpaste on the floor in the bathroom. We really would have appreciated some information when we arrived, maybe brochures, a map and information on the apartment.

Broken or dirty floor tiles. Could hear all the sounds from the other apartments. Did not initially read the fine line, regarding the 300 euro deposit.

Apartament with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room and a bathroom. Small one person balcony. Clean bathroom, with instant hot water. Central Heating. Kitchen utensils. Quick deposit refund after only 1 day, even if it was advertised between 3-7.

Excellent flat in good location close to many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Flat was on the ground floor and was well-equipped, clean and tidy.

The coffee machine and dishwasher do not work but hopefully they have fixed this now. The management did take this into account during our stay and provided a discount for the inconvenience so I can't complain.

It was spacious and a good location out of the main area of the city but heaps of public transport options. I felt we got to experience a little of living like a local. We stayed for 4 nights. The key system (via mobile) took a little getting used to but ended up being convenient as we didn't have to worry about losing keys.
