We stay often at the Hapimag, unfortunately this time it was less pleasant. Our apartment was basic, furniture was old, and the draying rek was broken. The fridge was not fixed properly and kept falling out. Sofa beds were not comfortable.

Good location if you do not plan to travel around. The beach is far away, there is no public transport in the area. Nice appartements.

Upon arrival we were given a different room to what we paid and when we needed the cots changed to the room we paid for I had to insist due to the lack of staff after 9pm. The reception needs to be open later than 10pm

- The food we ordered as take away from the restaurant was not amazing, seems like frozen food and they just cook by the time you order. The prices are acceptable but the quality is not of a 4star hotel. Recommend eating outside. - Some of the staff didn't speak spanish

- The views are amazing and the resort is big and looks like a mini village it self, very cute! -Staff was nice and always available to help - We could stay at the pool after we checked out

First room had damp and musty smell and we asked for the change. To be totally fair also the second apartment had the same problem, lesser extent thou.

The complex was well maintained and organised and reception stuff was super nice and helpful. The apartment had splendid view to the garden and mountains and was well maintained.

There is no oven in the kitchen

The resort is ideal for a calm retreat, secured environment for all. The swimming pool is very nice, the restaurant has a good buffet, the staff is really kind! I was there when the Aurora was visible, I made pictures from the tower!

The waiters at breakfast and the main lady! Runs around so stressed! It’s shouldn’t be this! Even when we went to get drinks during the day it was a bother. A huge amount of dust in the room and floors were not clean! I had to request a vacuum cleaner. Bring your own pillow they are hit and miss. Walking to the indoor pool smell’s disgusting

No airco's in the roooms. We ware there in October but I can imagine that it might be hot during full summer!

Personnel is very friendly and speaks a lot of languages Location is top, with great views on both mountains and see. Having the Golf D'aro in the areay was a nice surplus!

No oven in the kitchen , should be some AC in Rooms . Not happy about pay 4£ for parking outside per day if we paid 1200£ per week. It should be included.

balcony was a bit dusty, sandy, with cob webs. And there seemed to be sand on the floor (some) so it could have been cleaned better...

Is a constructive comment. As a hotel with so much nice location and surroundings, i would say it needs to be refurnish or a little bit update. The rooms and the apartments are super old, really its about 40 years old. bathrooms and rooms are really bad light. the sofas really uncomfortable, and really needs to have a little bit of face wash up or facelift update. The cleaning is not the worst but as it is old, details like walls and floor should be taken care if it is a 4 star. In our apartment the cleaning was not good, we found a lot of spiderwebs on the walls, table and bed. Also walls with footprints. I was also surprise that it didn’t had Microwave or oven. Something funny is that they charge you a parking for day of 4€, when there is no other cars only to get there. charging this when there is no other way to get there and is not an area of commerce ia really weird And they also charge you the towels on the Swimming pool. if the service is 4 stars i think is too much given to this hotel / apartments. I honestly think that the apartments is good for family with children, but nevertheless it needs to be more clean and a little bit with care.

The location is great and the surroundings too. Nature and birds sounds. Being on the golf course is amazing. really good location. also another good thing is the kitchen material and appliances. the Swimming pool is super nice

We were giving a studio apartment up a steep hill on arrival, when we requested a ground/ patio level no stairs. We asked to move was told you have to wait (2 days) & at a charge of £60, we stayed packed as thought surely apartment available as it was very quiet. I meantime had a fall, badly cut knee & twisted ankle thanks happymag. The new apartment was good, it was what I had paid for in the first place, but a view of a tree and the furthest they could possibly give us away from the pool, shop & restaurant. The complex is very big. I feel it was done on purpose. Then on check out we were not only charged for meals we didn’t have. But charged 4Euros for parking not in the garage but by the exit in a bay (easier for me to walk to) unbelievable! I will not be returning.

The apartment, pool, grounds and public areas were immaculate very well cared for.

There are no rules in the swimming pool. If you are looking for a place to relax, it's not the best choice. (Lots of children making noise and playing into the water with balls and inflatables). There is no air conditioning in the rooms. You have to pay a fee for the parking among the total price of the room, which is already high. Awful service for the bar in the swimming pool area. It's a place to avoid if you are looking for a quiet place to relax.
