As the hotel is quite remote, it would be nice if the bar could open later, maybe until midnight.

The mattress was very uncomfortable with one bolster pillow. We were in a premium room and felt disappointed with only one dispenser in the shower which was to cover body soap and shampoo. There was no conditioner. No other toiletries provided. The breakfast room had a limited menu. Their dining venue appears to be closed. You would need to check before booking.

The architecture, public rooms and grounds were lovely. It lived up to it's name "Hacienda ". It was right beside the showjumping. The staff were friendly. We really enjoyed the outdoor art installation in the grounds of the hotel.

We weren’t expecting to find we had quite a distance from our room to the swimming pool. Perhaps you could mention that in your advertisement. It isn’t clear from the photos.

The Hotel is somewhat away from the Golf Club where the Restaurant is. And when we were there they closed the Restaurant as there were no clients

The food or lack of options was a problem. Breakfast was supposed to be included we thought, but we were told no by the restaurant staff. Decent food, pleasant staff. Biggest disappointment was the main restaurant at the Clubhouse. Would NOT recommend. Food is average at best. We were a group of 6 adults, service was good, however the menus were only in Spanish. We were in Spain of course so we did our best at google translate to English. The waiter had limited English so it was hard for him to let us know what was on the menu. We let them know that one of our guests had a fish allergy, and another couldn't have pork but they still brought out dishes that had fish that we didn't know about...fish oil, crab in one of the appis, etc. as well as others that had pork ingredients. We let them know a kindly as we could that we couldn't eat certain things and some of the dishes went untouched because of lack of communication abilities. We tried explaining but to no avail, and then were presented with the bill and fully charged for the items. We charged it to one of our rooms thinking we would just figure it out with the hotel front desk. That has so far gone nowhere. They told us that even though the hotel is part of the restaurant, they would have to take to the restaurant. And so the hamster wheel began. We were happy to pay for all the drinks as well as the dishes we ate, just not the ones that were left untouched. Its been 2 weeks and we still haven't heard back. If it weren't as $$$$$ we would've left it, but it was quite expensive especially for the quality of food. All 6 of us rated it a 4/10... would not recommend. So many other delicious options in that area.

Nice simple hotel Sadly no restaurant on site operational for evening meal when we arrived However found Vejer de la Frontera a nearby town which was very foodie with lots of restaurants and bars - excellent!! Visited both nights! Golf course was great! Good views and great condition - also a driving range with clubhouse and pool!

Pool far away from main hotel. No possibility to rent golf clubs. Bar facilities mediocre and closed pool by 8 pm. Bedroom hardly gets cleaned

Smell in the room. Sat nav took us initially up a dirt track to access the hotel which was virtually impassable. You can access from the main road.

It was a lovely peaceful area. Room and bathroom was very clean, although there was a musty smell in the room. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. I did need to work while I was there and the wifi was really poor so I wouldn't recommend if you need to do meetings online.
