There is nothing to point out that was negative.

We are really happy to have chosen this apartment. The location first of all is amazing, whithin reach to the metro and bus stops, if yoi go early in the morning to the airport the bus stop is 3 mins walking. We had great communication with the hosts and they even approved earlier check-in. Very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Really the great choice.

Unfortunately no signs for silence and the other guests don't respect after 10pm, the flush of the bathroom near bedroom 18 and if you stay in the week be aware the whole building is in construction, there will be noise from 8am on.

The apartment is very near everywhere either old or new downtown, very near Guggenheim museum and 20 min walking away the bus station. The room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows and the bathrooms shared were nice except the one near the bedroom which had a problem with the flush, lots of water leaking which was reported to the manager. Very nice girl btw she answered my request for the heater problem promptly. Kitchen full equipped.

The only negative I have is the shower is in the bath and no support rail to ease getting in or out. Also no shower mat inside for safety.

The ease of entry to the building and support getting to my room. The room itself was just beautiful. Full of character. Lovely and warm and so cosy especially as it was wet outside I had a comfortable sleep. Great kitchen facilities and very well kept.. I would highly recommend this property and it's very central.

Check in was a little confusing. It was done via WhatsApp and remote door opening by the host. The flat is contained within a vast complex and it was perplexing to identify which door was the one I needed. Also, the bedroom curtains did not seem to be able to be closed fully as the net curtain used the same rail.

My stay in this room was exemplary. I cannot recommend it enough. The room has a contemporary design and feels very homely. The large double bed is extremely comfortable; the bathroom has an excellent shower; the complimentary wifi is fast and reliable. There is also a lounge area within the room with a sofa and a television, though I did not use this area. The room is contained within a flat, the other bedrooms of which are also let separately as holiday accommodation. The large and spacious and well equipped kitchen is available for shared use amongst the rooms' occupants, as is the communal lounge area with television and dining table (separate lounge area to the private one contained within the room itself). I would love to stay here again one day on a future trip to Bilbao!

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Very nice, tastefully decorated, spacious, very clean apartment. Right in the center of Bilbao, a few steps from the main square, close to all the attractions. You have a big sitting area, kitchen, washing and drying machines. Very easy to communicate with the owner. We have a very pleasant stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Perfect location close to the Guggenheim (less than 10 mins) and an easy walk to the old town. The suite (living room, bedroom and funky bathroom) was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The shared kitchen facilities provided everything we needed.

There was nothing notable that should deter a visitor.

Very secure and well located property with excellent amenities. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Prompt and helpful communication from hosts. We stayed in the 'master suite' which had its own bathroom and a private lounge room equipped with TV. Really liked it.

Single downside of the location: nearest parking location is parking garage at 10 minute walk.

Excellent location in the centre of Bilbao, very nice apartment(s) with shared kitchen. Elevator is helpful for elderly people. I was a bit affraid of remote check-in, but it went smoothly via Booking.com application, the host responded immediately.

Great location right on the Gran Via near a bus stop for the airport bus. Still quiet - no worries. The room with own bathroom is very spacious - actually a living room and a bedroom. Clean, comfortable, nice place to stay!

Nothing!

The room was very spacious and clean, exactly like the pictures. There was a lot of closet space, which is very welcome if you're staying for a while. We had some issues entering the room when we arrived, but the hosts were very friendly and helpful to aide us as fast as possible. The location of the stay was perfect! Right around the corner of the Guggenheim and the subway. Best location we ever had during a city trip!
