Everything was perfect

This apartment is just perfect, spotless , the balcony is super and the views ❤️The pool area and views from that area fabulous…English tv channels…so quiet and peaceful… The host Rachel picked up at airport, she was so nice , offered to stop at shop so we could pick up a few bits , she waited for us to change ,recommend a restaurant and drove us there ,she had water, soft drinks and beers in fridge! She gave lots of helpful information about restaurants and places to go and things to do , she was always just a tex away if we needed her … all her help made for a very pleasant experience!

The quiet surroundings, lovely clean and well maintained in all areas.......The apartment was really modern Stylish and very well equipped ........it was like being at home !!!!! We had the Ideal quiet holiday that we were looking for ....we walked to town most days and back again great exercise for us ....although we could use a taxi for a few euros if we wished to .Great location ..

Just one thing, the apartment complex is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to Peurto Rico Beach, which is OK on the way down, but it's quite a big hill you have to climb on the way back up. If you use the car there is a car park by the beach but this gets busy and is around 6 euros for the day. We decided to keep fit and walk!

We stayed for a week and loved the apartment and the apartment complex it is part of. The view of the marina is lovely, though a part of the view is blocked by the apartment in front, but Rachel and her husband have a few apartments, and some of them have full uninterrupted views. The apartment gets the sun all afternoon and evening and has a lovely spacious balcony where you can longe and eat. The 1 bed apartment was very clean and modern. We had our 14 year old son with us who slept on the large sofa bed very comfortably. The owners were very attentive. Excellent communication throughout and made sure we had everything we needed. Even had a few cold beers waiting for us when we arrived! A special thanks to them too as given they had no-one coming in straight after us the owners said we could check out when we wanted which was fabulous because we had a late flight back. We loved how quiet the apartment was too. Very peaceful and relaxing. We also loved the heated pool at the complex.

Wow. Rachel and Renee are the nicest people you can find. They were excceptional hosts from start to finish. They greeted us on arrival and helped to carry our luggage and shopping from our rental car when we arrived. The apartment was fantastic and it was exactly as described and in the photos. There is a fantastic view of the sea from a distance and the sunsets were stunning. The pool area is very nice and relaxing place to go. What we also liked was the peace and quiet. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you once again Rachel and Renee.

One or two minor maintenance issues, but mostly they were dealt with very swiftly. Lots of steps - not an issue for us but could be for others.

Comfortable, large private terrace, good range of utensils. Excellent heated swimming pool, very peaceful poolside area. Drinks fridge with honesty box. Host very easy to communicate with. Good view and sunsets.

Nothing. There are steps and a hill to walk up but you get the view. There are plenty of taxis to use.

Had a fantastic 1st time in an apartment instead of a hotel. The views are spectacular as is the apt. English tv great so felt a bit more like home. Rachel and her friend fabiola very helpful with airport lifts etc. Loved it will return.

I recently stayed here with my 2 daughters, aged 19 & 13 we travelled from Ireland for some January sun, the apartment was fabulous, on a secure gated complex, location was perfect, the pool was lovely, there was an honesty fridge packed with drinks ice creams, beers, wine. All for the cost of €1 each with an honestly box to leave your cash, the apartment was fully equipped and was impressively clean, all the furniture was very modern and in immaculate condition, and the complex and surrounding areas was so so clean, TV with lots of UK Channels and Irish channels, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, would highly highly recommend this apartment, Rachel the owner was so helpful and informative, definitely a 10/10 for location, cleanliness, value for money, view of the sea front was fab.. lots of outdoor seating area, there is a local mini mart 10 steps away from the gates of the complex, larger supermarket, and restaurants a 5-10 min walk down hill, (walking back up was a challenge), but so many taxis around the area, from the main section of puerto rice taxi is approx 5 euros. We got the 91 bus from the airport to the apartment cost around €6 per person, we got a taxi back to the airport as our flight home was early in the morning, cost €70, I would highly recommend this property for people looking for a relaxing holiday.. lots of the apartments on the complex appear to be owned all the neighbouring properties had the friendliest residents, young couples with small children, older people who appeared to be retired and sitting back relaxing. Lots of local places to eat near by, with a short walk.. a selection of restaurants, and bars, Irish, Italian, Chinese to name a few. The atmosphere in the area is so relaxing and welcoming.

The owner - Rachel - is super friendly and helpful. She made us feel very welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment is modern, cozy and nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed with good pillows and nice bedding. Very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron etc... We had everything needed and more. Large, sunny outside space with dining table, chairs and loungers. The view is absolutely breathtaking! The pool area is nice, clean and relaxing with stunning views. Peaceful location, only a short walk down to nice restaurants, shops and the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure!

Not having AC, some days/nights extremely warm, and hard to sleep.Some shower gel would be handy to have available, especially if you arrive late and last thing you want is go shopping.

Nothing really, the property had everything we needed for our holiday.

The apt is beautifully furnished with excellent views from the patio which has a large dining table and loungers. The bathroom is good quality and with a great shower cubicle. Rachel very kindly provided some complimentary beers, soft drinks and water for our arrival and also provided a very reasonably priced ride to the airport on our last day.

Rachel welcomed us in a wonderful way. The flat was well equipped, it had a wonderful view on the port. There was also a very nice swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay there, we had everything we needed. I really recommend it.
