The bathroom could be a bit cleaner and kitchen could have more spuns.

Bedroom was clean and tidy. The bunkbeds have curtains - for me this is really important, because other people do not disturb you. And the terrace and location are perfect.

It wasn’t so easy to find the hostel at first, I searched for it for a while before finding a picture here on Booking that showed the entrance of the right building.

The location is amazing, the hostel is small but very comfortable, cozy and friendly, the staff is so nice and always available. The whole place was clean and not noisy at all. It was quieter compared to other hostels I’ve stayed in and I really appreciate that

The kitchen could do with more utensils - 2 forks for all of the guests in the hostel in not really a lot.

The location is great, easy to reach by public transport / metro, 10 min walk to the stop where the bus to the airport departs from, a small DIA supermarkt 3 min walk away. Staff, especially Mercedes at reception speaks good English and is super friendly.

It was not so easy for me to find it, I think they need to put bigger sign in front of the building. The rules are a bit strict, and you can leave your luggage only until 16h in case you checked out. 100e in case you loose the key ecc, a bit strict. I imagine the owner being severe, hehe. But ok, for the rest overall for the money you pay is good.

Location and value for money are the best. It's very calm and there were not too many people at least in January. Beautiful terrace. Stuff is sweet and kind. You feel like at home. Everyone is respectful for quite hours and no noise during the night, which I think it's also thanks to no check-ins during the night. I would come back.

Spaces are crammed, room and bathroom, so be mentally prepare to deal with this, but nevertheless I wouldn't mind staying here again in the future, as I mentioned before, what matters for me is the location, so I can sacrifice on space and comfort

The location is the jewel of this property, in my opinion there is nothing else that can match it, being in the heart of Gran Via is a plus, you can walk everywhere, also a big big advantage that the building has a working lyft and a small terrace. The reception staff is friendly and I have seen that they also did the cleaning.

There was an older grumpy man on shift one of the evenings. The rules strict like using the word forbidden to take food into the room etc. The bedrooms a little small. Probably would stay again though.

The location was great. A decent kitchen to use. Nice communal area. The young Brazilian guy that checked me in was friendly and welcoming.

The location is impossible to beat, you don't feel like in a hostel the place is very cozy, but what makes the place is the very friendly staff in special Gabriel, he was very helpful and kind. Thank you so much for your support during my stay.

Not well isolated, you can hear every noise in the hallway at night. Bathroom smells like moist and is not in good condition. Music from the radio in the common room. Women’s bathroom often without toilet paper.

It’s well located, close to Gran Via station and the bus to/from the airport. It has a small kitchen to store your food and a vending machine with 80cent coffee. You have your own locker with key.

I didn't like the bathroom rugs in the shower, and that there was no hub for cooking (only oven).

I liked that it was quiet, that they were curtains to hide the beds while sleeping, and that the staff was super nice.

It’s not allowed to cook, only for heating up. The vibe is this hostel is vey quiet and not very social, but it’s nice for someone just want to get rest or work.

Very good location, on the gran street and close to metro station. Quickly get to shopping store, bar and restaurants. I like the balcony. I can enjoy my food and nice view, same height like the hotel opposite.

The shower room does need a little attention - not that it is an issue really. My biggest issue is that the showers are small. You can't open or close the door unless you step into the shower again. Space is limited and they can't do anything about it, fair enough.

I find them to be well located. Used them before, and I will use them again.

the Dish towel in the kitchen was dirty and still not replaced the next day. but not too much of a big deal since I only used the kitchen for breakfast. Dog that apparently lives opposite of the square was Barking for a while, a bit annoying but luckily it was quite in the night.

Cosy to sit inside as well as outside. small kitchen but everything there. curtains on the bed for privacy. in general very quite, not many guest when i was there, also sleeping in the night was quite. very friendly staff.

everything was clearly available: kitchen, common area, outdoor seating, toilets, showers and room, staff were friendly, rooms had lockers with keys and screens that were ideal for use
