Very high ratio of staff to guests. Breakfast is amazing, everything you could think of. Pool is breathtakingly beautiful and never crowded. Perfect temperature. Our room was a superior junior suite with sea view and was stunning- huge, with a really big balcony. Massive bed, really comfortable. This was my second stay here and we’ll definitely come back.

Honestly I loved everything

I loved absolutely everything! Staff is amazing, makes you so welcome and feel like at home. Great pool, good beach, nice restaurants in the area and in the hotel. Breakfasts were very good, big selection of everything you want. I’m so happy I chose this hotel! No regrets!!

We were staying at Star Prestige room which included access to private terrace with pool and two jacuzzis, two open bars with snacks and drinks and open room minibar). Our room was big and beautiful, decorated in old rustical way. All staff were so nice and kind, very helpful and always at your disposal. House keeping service was exceptional - all of our dirty towels were changed number of times throughout the day and we were never out of clean towels. Hotel has beautiful view of the beaches and is on great location.

Didn't like having to lug the pool towels to and from the room. Should have a towel centre by the pool. Coffee at breakfast in a jug at the table wasnt the best, considering the quality of everything else. A proper coffee machine would be better.

It's a really beautiful hotel. The wonderful touch was the complimentary bubbly and cake in the room as well as a little gift for my birthday; thank you. Breakfast was sumptious with a great choice, with ocassional cava. Had the buffet dinner too, and it was a generous, delicious affair. There was a lot of space for the deck-chairs in the garden overlooking the sea, it didnt feel very crowded. The spa hydrotherapy pool was such a relaxing experience, the anti-stress massage was pretty good (I went twice, the second time wasn't as good, tho). Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A truly memorable stay.

Breakfast was poor. Stale pastries, and cheap flavourless bacon. Room service food also poor quality.

Beautiful location. Hotel itself is stunning. Staff were brilliant and helpful. Free cocktails brought to you when chilling by the pool during the day. Unbelievably comfortable beds and linen.

Probably the smoker next door as the smoke drifted over and spoilt our being able to sit outside. Shame the hotel doesn't have a complete ban on smoking.

Breakfast as usual was great, so much choice and the staff are so friendly and welcoming making you feel welcome. We didn't use the pool this time evem though we brouight our swimwear with us. Our room was very good with excellent views and was very quiet.

only slight downside- no facility for staff to cook eggs/pancakes to order during breakfast so pre cooked ones were not as tasty as they could have been.

Rooms could do with a facelift, bathrooms are particularly old fashioned. Can take a long time to get a drink by the pool, staff there can be disinterested.

Pool area fantastic, pool equipment staff are great, music entertainment in evening better than it used to be, breakfast excellent
